Extreme Air Boardman, Trampoline Park — Attraction in Boardman

Pros: Good food, friendly staff, clean, fun place. Cons: Bad communication, unorganized, lack of detail when explaining things.

All in all it was a good experience. It was our first time there. We had our daughter's birthday party there. For the time we did have, all the kids had a great time. It was crazy there since it was a Saturday I guess. Our party was at 5pm after getting the kids signed in with the waivers (didn't know about) it was about 5:20, some of the parents weren't thrilled about. The party room was very cool, not comfortable at all. I paid for the rock wall as an extra and it took 20-25 minutes or for anyone to come assist, even when asking 2 times. The attendant wasn't going to let the kids climb until it was explained it was in our party pack. They brought the food (pizza) before we were in the party room, so the first 2 or 3 pizzas were cold probably because it was cold in the room and they sat and cooled down. The fruit punch was watered down when the attendant brought it in, was told about it but just left it there to drink, the machine ran out. The rest were fine after that.

Service was ok, the attendant was in and out. Staff was friendly, the ones I had interacted with. Food was good, it was a clean and maintained place, but I wasn't in the bathroom so I cannot say it was clean, but judging by the rest of the place I probably wouldnt expect anything less. I will not book a party there again, it's way to pricy for the service and how I feel everything played out. No communication, not organized, the attendant assisting just disappeared a few times in the beginning. One of the kids mothers said she was glad she came, because it helped her decide she will not book her kids party there. We will go back again, just not doing the party. I'm trying to be justifiably fair with my reasoning. I think they should of let us have a full hour since I did pay for an hour. I even asked if we could use the party (45 minute) room for like 15-20 minutes then go back out, but not an option wrist bands were good for...

Id rate 0 stars if i could. Payed over 60 dollsrs for 3 kids and nothing but a dissappoitment the mountain dew bag the one worker was jumping off but wouldnt let the kids and shut the door. There were kids with no socks, kids running in that didnt even pay no one said a word to them, one dodgeball court was closed and zippered shut the children asked to open it worker said okay walked away and didnt, one basketball court was shut down with wood ll over it and a obstacle blocking it kids can run right through too and were, the dodgball court had a dodgeball that was nothing but foam the foam was ripped up all over very hazardous for 3 and 4 year olds they let run in there the picture of one of the kids with no socks and foam dont do justice as i couldnt post pictured of other kids faces to show. Only the pic of some kids feet.. also there was no worker supervising the kids were swearing telling kids they cudnt play and to sit down or get out making them cry and to top it off the kids corner for trampoline in the back the one trampoline was up was about a 6 inch long and 4 foot wide area exposed of nothing but springs where any kid or adult can easily fall into and get hurt if not seen, thank gosh they make u sign a waiver so its not your fault right ? Lets not forget the kids sitting at the top of the mats and climbing the screens, the workers were eating on the mats, plating football, and extremely lazy did not watch or supervise kids whatsoever let everyone do whatever they wanted and closed stuff so they didnt have to clean it also the whole arcade center was down the cafeteria was down the vending machines were down and the skating rink was closed for hockey. 40 minute drive and over 60 dollars wasted nothing but a dissappoitment i would never reccomend this place to anyone ever. Oh btw they did not time anyone they didnt announce when anyones time was up also just a free for all ! Very poor management ran by teenagers who obviously just dont...

Took my daughter and a few friends here to celebrate her birthday. We did not sign up for any package or anything, just took them there to spend a couple hours. What an absolute crap hole! Not really “run down” but, nothing here works. Laser tag down? Read a review from 4 months ago about it, how would it ever take 4 months to get “equipment”? That’s ridiculous, they just don’t want to spend the money, this is America and yeah no business wants to spend money we get that. But laser tag is 1/3 of the attraction so get it together. The machine to get prepaid arcade cards not working, but it’s ok because half the games weren’t working either so I didn’t waste my money. The adults need to at least have games to play while kids run and play. Then the worst thing of all happened shortly before we left. My wife went up to counter for something, and right in front of the counter on the floor sits a bag of weed! Guy behind counter scoops it up and not one word said. Who in the world needs to bring the weed into the facility?! No cops called, nothing happened at all. Little kids continue to run around. So what if a kid picked that up? Nobody booted out, nothing. At the least they would look and see who might’ve dropped it and made them leave because to me that’s insane. So to sum it up…no laser tag, hardly any games working, and bags of drugs on the floor in a place for children. Absolute garbage and I will never go here...
