I'm really unimpressed with this place. In reality you're paying for things to look nice and that's about it. I spent 250$ just to be set at a dirty table with a check still on it. My waitress was nowhere to be found. We seen her twice. If you sit on the patio brace yourself for the horrible smell coming from the fish pond in the middle. The drinks taste like moonshine..which sure, is nice if you drink everyday. I don't want a peach bellini that tastes like rubbing alcohol. Our food was bland at best.. I don't know how you serve a $65 felit mignon that's so dry it's hard to chew. Had our waitress ever came back I could had it fixed. The whole restaurant is miserably loud and the patio roof leaks when it rains. We had a reservation but it really wasn't that packed when we got there at 9:30 pm. Didn't get our food until 10:30 and had to tell her girl that brought it to us that we didn't receive half our order. Still no waitress so we couldn't put in a dessert order until 10:50. We got 2 limoncello and the restaurant closed before we got them. 2 very small drinks I took like a shot because they were awful. While we were hurrying to eat our food 2 bus boys were loudly complaining about how they wanted to go home and how they wanted people to just leave already. The same dude who stood in front of the TV to watch a game that was on by the hostess when you walk in. She was walking us to our table when he stood in our way and didn't move or say excuse me. Walking away from our table when we were done another glass shattered at the bar and wasn't being cleaned up properly but our missing waitress was trying to rush me through it. We counted 6 broken glasses in the 2 short hours of us being there. I think this is the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant before. I would have much rather gone to Giorgio's Ristorante. At least there I would have been taken care of listened to and paid good money for food with seasoning. I still left a decent tip. But the money you pay for food and drinks could be better...
Β Β Β Read moremy family and i (party of 5) came here to celebrate my birthday and made a reservation for 8pm. we arrived right at 8 and waited around 15 minutes to even be sat as they stated they were getting our table ready. this normally wouldn't have been a big deal but we didn't see our server for about another 15 minutes after being sat. at the time i thought he must have been a busser/ dining room attendant because he did not welcome us at all, and just sat water in front of us and said he would bring bread. the bread never came and about 20 minutes later he came by the table and asked us if we were ready to order. after being in the restaurant around an hour with still no appetizers or even dinner ordered, this was pretty frustrating. especially because we could see our server and he was talking to people at the bar and was attempting to impress some guests by flipping a pint glass which fell and broke on the ground- all before he took any kind of appetizer or entree order from us. when he did finally come by to take our order it took about 5 min to get our appetizer of peppers and oil out which he brought with a few small loaves of bread. i would have loved to try one of the hot appetizers but we opted for the peppers and oil in hopes it would come out quick since we were pretty hungry. it came in about 5 minutes and it was very good. our food came out about 20 minutes later. the food was phenomenal and the pasta was top notch. our server was more attentive when we were done with our meal and it was time to pay out. i have been in the restaurant industry for about 12 years and i am not easily upset at a restaurant experience, but this was very disappointing. no suggestions off cocktails, wine or appetizers made by our server when he was at our table, and we felt extremely ignored until it was time to pay. it is a beautiful restaurant and i will give it a chance in the future solely because of the food and hope we will have better...
Β Β Β Read moreWords cannot even describe how amazing this restaurant is! Aqua Pazzo Restaurant in Boardman is a stunning dining experience you will never forget! From the moment you first walk in the hostess was super nice. They have 3 rooms when you first walk in is the lounge/bar area, the next room is the dining room where you can watch the chefs cook your food. The creme de la creme was the patio..my mouth literally dropped as soon as I stepped foot inside. There are branches with white flowers hanging from the ceiling and chandelier crystals. You can tell it's Italian influence by the huge pictures of Al Pacino, Sophia Loren and other greats. The piΓ¨ce de rΓ©sistance is the stunning huge pond so clear you can see the bottom with the most beautiful colored koi π which leads to a waterfall. Surrounding the pond all around are tables. What a view with your meal..ask your server for fish food and they will bring a cup of it so you can feed the fish while waiting for your food. They have quite an extensive menu and food was a little pricey but I can completely tell you with all honesty, best food I have ever eaten, worth every penny. The server, he was so accommodating and helped me with my food choice to make it gluten free for me and sweetener free. I ordered the Organic Chicken Milanese which is traditionally breaded which he made grilled for me and put the dressing on the side since it was sweetened. Literally nothing was left on my plate! I also highly recommend the Luxury tea they bring out the tea pot with your tea so it was just like a tea house experience. I was told if you come at night it's all lit up and the pond is lit up blue. In the summer they open the atrium so you are sitting outside around the pond and the waterfall. Truly the best dining experience in Ohio by far!
Highly recommend making reservations as they get full real quick!
