I joined this gym over the summer hoping for a positive and encouraging environment. Unfortunately, my experience was the opposite. After feeling judged and uncomfortable by one of the trainers, I stopped attending in September because the environment was affecting my mental health.
When I asked to cancel my membership and request a refund for the unused time, the owner, Marc, refused to help. He told me, “You can send me a letter, but you’re not getting a refund,” and even made a cruel comment suggesting I get a letter from my doctor so he could “show it to people and laugh.” No one deserves to be treated that way, especially when they are prioritizing their mental well-being.

Personalized fitness has nearly every piece of equipment a serious athlete could want, crossfit, yoga and various fitness classes like Zumba.
Personalized Fitness doesn't cater to one specific crowd - all ages and levels of experience come to train here.
