I cannot believe the awful service and experience we had here! I had a large group of 11 people with me, and each of us had a look of shock on our faces anytime we had to encounter an employee. The unprofessional-ism made us all uncomfortable. We were told they wouldn't have any boats for the day, which I'm glad they said to us upon reading other reviews of them saying you're on a waiting list and never getting a boat. So instead we rented 6 wave runners which we were totally okay with. I couldn't believe the way the woman behind the counter would speak to everyone when it was their turn to fill out their paperwork. The sound of her voice was just that of an annoyed employee and she spoke to each of us like we were as dumb as a box of rocks. Not sure who taught her customer service, but they did it wrong. I couldn't believe she had a job by the time we were all finished. We were told to go outside with our forms and wait for someone to help us with our wave runners. And that was the wonderful time we met Dustin, before he even said a word to us we had the displeasure of watching him have a few different meltdowns, one in which he threw all of the stuff in his hands onto the pier and jerked his hand back like he was about to whip his radio into the shed in anger, he was stomping around like a 2 year old and I was actually scared to be around him. He was all over the place, so I'm sure he was stressed and having a rough day, but you DO NOT act like that in front of customers. You don't get to throw tantrums like that in the workplace, you need to act like an adult. Once we were finally on our wave runners, probably 10 minutes into our scheduled hour - no, none of us went inside to say anything because we probably would have just been yelled at anyways - we had a wonderful time! One of my favorite parts of my trips to Vegas, but that was thanks to the wave runner, not this company and their employees. When we were arriving back at the dock at the end of our hour the outside employees were yelling and swearing at each other! Again, uncomfortable situations that I don't care to be around. I'd never...

I cant possible be more negative about this place. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the engines on the pontoon boats worked.

We rented 2 boats on 7/21/17 under my name. I was not there at the pickup but the rest of my family was, including the 2 drivers of the pontoon boat. The lady behind the counter was condescending to me wife and told her that either I showed up or they would not rent her the boats.

I of course called and said that my wife could indeed rent the boats in my name and I told the lady that if it was such a big deal, she could just cancel my reservation and rent the two boats (now available because of the cancellation) directly to her. I was told that if we did this we would get charged twice! A decent class in customer service would not kill the employees of this place.

So, I eventually arrived, and even though I was not the driver of the boats, I had to stay through some ridiculous orientation. Next up, the "check out" of the actual boat. This took forever and was utterly pointless. Basically, we showed up at 8, and did not get on the water until 11. 2 weeks later and I am still livid at these people.

My recommendation is that you rent a jetski/boat from someone else. there are plenty of options. The other groups require you to pickup the boat (they lend you and SUV) and put into the water, but I have done this before. A.) the prices are much lower b.) the equipment is much better and c.) the people are just all around...

I could give this no stars if I was allowed. We came before 1 PM and asked for a boat. We were put on a waiting list and told they would call us, so we hung around the dock area. We came back after 3 PM to check on the status of our rental and the staff member told us there was 1 person ahead of us. Came back at 4 PM and the staff member sees us waiting and says to her co-worker "They are waiting for a boat I want to see how that will happen because we do not have any to give them." Her coworker starts laughing. So basically they told us then at 4 PM after waiting there for over 4 hours, that they stop renting boats at 3 PM, which they did not initially tell us. Then she decides to say a boat is not guaranteed, and if someone rents for two hours and calls to extend it then they can, because they are already on the water. So basically someone can stay out all day and everyone else waiting will not get a boat. So after that the staff (all of them) were giving us a serious attitude because we returned almost $150 worth of stuff we bought from their store just for this trip. They were very unhelpful, unaccommodating, and rude. I would not recommend it at all. They have very little boats to rent as it is and if you do not get there at 9 AM basically you will never be able to rent anything. They have no policies and no warnings that you will not get a boat, and when you ask they basically say...

We booked the boat weeks in advance. Process was easy and the boat we got was actually very good. We rented the sport boat and it was very fast with plenty of power to pull the kids on the tube. We went all over the lake in & out of all the coves including up to Hoover Dam. The sites and the scenery were awesome. Only downside is make sure you take a picture and a detailed look at the propeller before you leave the Harbor. Just make sure that the condition of everything is exactly the way you got it. Otherwise a very good experience and good equipment. Would do it again totally!

Arrived at lake mead and Rented a pontoon boat for $60 an hour from this establishment. The employees were very nice and friendly. Only downside was that the weather conditions (30 mph wind) caused most of the lake to be shut down. We were only allowed to travel a 2 mile radius of the lake near the marina. I would call ahead to get the weather conditions if your trying to visit Hoover dam or state line near the lake. In the marina there is a large amount of carp swimming directly below you. Pretty neat!

Loved the boat harbor, even without a boat! There is plenty of free parking in the dirt lot. I am from MN and never seen so many fish at a dock. LOL. Super fun to see carp, striped bass, and other water fowl. The ducks, and fish followed us around the entire time were there. It sure would be fun to bring kids to feed the ducks and fish!!! They would have a blast! Public restrooms, restaurant and gift shop at the boat harbor too.
