Great overlook spots in this area and fun to climb around on the rocks. But parking is limited and often full during the day/weekends. Have to pay for parking, $5 cash, by stopping at one of the pay stations with a cash dropbox. (Free for Boulder County residents). Not much phone service the further you travel up this road away from Boulder.

Stop here for sure on your drive in the mountains!! On the windy road it looks small. But this place is so special. Gives you some major views and some climbing opportunities. Don’t miss it!! We loved every second. Highlight of Colorado exploring!

Love this trail, great spot to hike or relax near Boulder, fun for the pup and close by/access to other trails as well. $25 for annual parking vs $5 a day.

There are so many beautiful places and each place is unique. This place is something else. When my wife and I went there, the weather was a bit cold but it was perfect for hiking and there were not that many people. The views were wonderful...a place where all my trouble seems...

The trail was well maintained and not too strenuous. For older or younger hikers you may need to take a break or two. There are no facilities on the trail itself and no water so be sure to bring what you need an take care of business...
