This company was doing work on a condo within the complex I live in. Being on the violation committee of our condo association, I received a call that the company was blocking the exit for all of the condos in the middle strip of the complex. I went outside and asked the worker if he could move his truck, because I could obviously see the cherry picker was needed there as they were doing a 3rd floor condo. The worker was extremely rude, and told me no, he wouldn't move the truck because he didn't want people driving by his expensive machinery (I'm assuming that meant the cherry picker). I informed him that it was against fire code to be blocking any of the thru streets, which he didn't care about either. Even after telling him we may have the vehicle towed, as he is parked right in front of the tow signs, but that didn't seem to matter either. This company continued right along with what they were doing, not worrying at all about blocking the street for anyone else. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend having them do any work for you or your business. I've attached a photo to show I am not by any means exaggerating... No cars could for through with his trucks on both sides, which was his goal. The Amazon prime truck seen in the photo had to back all the way down a one way to exit through the back.

OMG when we decided to change our windows after the last hurricane after a good research we noticed this was going to be a hard task simply because there is so many companies and when you search for reviews they are not very good. This company made this process very easy. They keep me informed on every step of the process there sales person was amazing bringing examples of the windows and explaining the advantages of each windows also they were able to get me a very good financing with great interest after that they even contacted my HOA to get the proper permits and follow up with them to get the approval on time thanks Savanna for that 😂. Also on everything from windows measurements ,time frame for completion on building the windows and the installation was on point. I even have the pleasure to talk to there owners Erick and Saesha they even call me to follow up with me on the installation and everything else. There crew is amazing very clean, on time and very profesional they finish a 2 story house 15 windows and 2 sliding doors in 3 day mind you not able to work 2 of those days full day’s because of the rain. If no rain I am pretty sure they will have finished in 2. Great company, excellent customer service will definitely recommend then for your window project. Thanks Coastal Green Energy 👍🏻👍🏻

We had a wonderful experience to say the least! They have very nice people that work for them, Savannah in the office is a delight! She kept us updated the whole time while our windows were being made and answered all my questions. The scheduling was fantastic & installation was easy and fast (I think his name was Dan, very nice) ! They were very clean and did a fantastic job. We had to have stucco work done and it was scheduled and done in 3 days, I was really blown away by the work, our home isn’t new and the stucco guys matched the brick perfectly I was speechless really and it brought tears to my eyes. Austin has been very attentive as well with our job. I HIGHLY recommend.

I am pleased with the responsiveness of Savannah and Becca regarding my installation problems. It took four trips over two weeks time to complete a job that should have taken several hours. Kudos to Chad, Alan, the tech that ultimately got everything perfect in a very short time, and Austin. They were prompt, courteous, neat, professional, and left the work area clean. I told Chad I want him and Alan to install my next order when the time comes. I also suggested that Austin train with Alan to learn more. He has potential. Without him, the windows would not have been installed properly and the inspector might not have picked up on the problem that threatened the integrity of the windows. All of these employees get 5 stars.

My west-facing office was the hottest room of the house, requiring me to close the blinds early in the afternoon. Not now! I have the blinds open and actually have to turn my fan to a lower speed! I love the self-healing screens. They are so easy to remove and put back.

The guys arrived an hour late - 11:30. The lead installer seemed a little off that day. He kept taking smoke and phone breaks - not at the same time. His assistant, Austin, was still in training and was held up by his partner. Around 6 pm I started hanging out where they were working. At 7 pm the lead starts to act funny. They were just finishing the first window. I suggested they at least put the window panels in the other windows. At 8 pm I had to ask them to pack up and leave. They weren’t going to be able to finish in the daylight left. They didn’t leave until almost 9 p.m. Austin was very apologetic and embarrassed by his partner.

I was very unhappy with the windows at first. I had not expected the beefy framework, almost 4" on each side. My handyman concurred that they were quality windows. I do like my sliders and I do have a better viewing area since one slider replaces two old windows. I was also not prepared to lose most of my window sills. I am just barely able to do an inside mount for my pleated shades. I thought I had ordered a slider for the kitchen but ended up with a sash. Its frame is even beefier! I can’t reach over the sink to open it. No other options were offered to me at the time of the sale.

I called Savannah and explained what happened. She was able to get their “best tech” to come out that afternoon. He arrived on time at 3 p.m. and completed the 2nd window and double checked the 1st and proceeded to the kitchen to seal it from the inside. It started pouring rain before he could get to the outside. He said it was good enough for now since we were having discussions of replacing it with a casement window. I called Savannah again. I was correct and the tech was wrong about the scope of work.

Austin, the newbie from the first day, volunteered to come out on Saturday and finish the job properly. He arrived on time and aligned the kitchen window properly and completed it. He insisted on checking the other 2 windows. I am glad he did. He found that there were no screws in the bottom frame of both windows. He ran into more problems that he wasn't equipped to deal with. He took pictures of what he had found and how the windows were when he left.

The windows finally passed inspection after Alan's visit. I am waiting for him to do the final trim inserts. Then Savannah and I will work out the details of the kitchen window.

It took 15 days to complete the installation of 3 windows. The windows are a bit pricey but I feel like I have a product that will serve me well in the Florida climate. The company handled the situation well. They put the customer first and have pride in their company. They have earned another chance.

PART 2 of my project is complete & I am very pleased. Great team was on time and finished in just a few hours. Love the kitchen window replacement. Company followed through with their promise to make it right. I would definitely...

Buyer beware! In January of 2024 the paperwork was signed to start the project. By Mid-May: Door arrived and was installed, but the job wasn’t finished (inspection and final trim pending). The contractor pushed for final payment prematurely—a lesson learned on my part. I also didn't care for the contractor as he talked too much and some of which was inappropriate. By June: Inspection failed because the contractor damaged the door frame by driving a nail through the trim. Someone came out to assess the damage but arrived over an hour late. The worker seemed clueless, removed debris, and discarded a vital piece of the frame in my yard. Their plan to patch it up was unacceptable. After weeks of calling for answers, the company finally agreed to replace the frame. By mid-August, they decided to order a new one but failed to communicate effectively. Their phone lines were disconnected for weeks, raising concerns about the company’s stability. They promised the frame would arrive by September 12th, but we had to chase them for updates. That date passed, and they claimed the delivery was delayed to the 18th. During this time, communication became frustrating. One employee stopped responding to me and would only text my husband—though I was still the one handling all the correspondence. Even then, their responses were inconsistent and unhelpful. By September 22nd: A new contractor came to install the frame. He did a much better job but faced challenges because the frame didn’t come with a new door. What should have been a 2-3 hour job took 7 hours due to fitting issues. He had to cut the weather strip and later return to replace it and finish caulking. By this point, we were in hurricane season. Hurricane Helene hit on September 27th, further delaying the project. The company shifted focus to storm relief efforts but neglected to communicate with us. Another hurricane followed on October 9th, and we realized during our October 12th vacation that nothing would progress until we returned. Communication broke down entirely. After returning, I emailed them with an ultimatum: either finish the job, inspection, and trim by the next month, or we’d take back half our payment via a credit card dispute and escalate complaints to the BBB (which doesn’t seem to matter since they already have 15 filed complaints), DBPR (Department of Business & Professional Regulation license), Attorney General, and file a claim against their general liability policy. Their response? “We’ll schedule someone next week.” Next week came and went—nothing. After more delays, they finally sent someone to finish the job. We later discovered the company was behind on paying employees, which explains the poor performance. Conclusion This process, spanning from January to October of 2024, was a nightmare of mismanagement, poor communication, and delays. While some contractors were helpful, the company. as a whole, appears to be crumbling. Also, we never got documentation on anything other than the...

Fantastic experience from start to finish. I had 3 windows installed today. The installers arrived on time and made quick work of the install. Tomy and Joseph were done within about 3 hours. They were clean and professional and cleaned up their work area. They were respectful of the home and I really can’t say enough about how great their work turned out. If you’re remotely considering getting new windows, have no fear using Coastal Green Energy Solutions. You’re getting an amazing product, great service, and fantastic value. You’re not getting over charged with this company.

I can tell you I priced 3 other companies and that Coastal Green Energy had the best price while still delivering a high quality product. They were less expensive than both Home Performance alliance and Reece windows, while offering very similar products. I would say the major difference was the locking mechanisms. All the other important factors were very similar among these 3 companies. There was another company I priced but they just didn’t appear to have a comparable product to any of these companies so I can’t even remember the name.

The quality and workmanship of these Soft-Lite windows is as good as it gets. Instantly I can tell a significant amount of noise reduction. It is so quiet that I can’t hear the lawn mower across the street. The windows keep the sun’s heat out and transfer of heat is next to nothing. It’s such a remarkable difference that you wouldn’t believe it until you get them installed yourself. I am standing next to it as I write this and can hardly believe it myself. The windows are beautiful and definitely increase the curb appeal of the home. If I can figure out how to add a picture I will.

It’s important to know when getting impact windows in Florida that you have good quality vinyl and that the windows are custom made. There is a variable time frame depending on how busy the company is. My windows arrived perfectly within the time frame. They were made custom to my house and that process can take some time. I believe I was quoted 8-12 weeks at the time I ordered. I may have been lucky because mine came on the early side of that time frame. COVID restrictions play a huge part in the process so be flexible. Hopefully we’re getting past those kinds of things and production times will get...
