The owner claims to allow parents to be able to supervise their children without having to pay. This is completely untrue! There is only 1 entrance into the inflatable area, if your children go into it, you can not see them or hear them anymore. They have no employees supervising the children in the inflatable area. If your child gets stuck upside down in one of the creases or cracks, then they stay that way until some adult can help them. Ive been to many bounce houses and trampoline parks around the tampa bay area, and have never been told that i must pay to supervise my children inside the play area. Most inflatable bounce houses you can see your children from standing outside of the inflatable. This park is different, you can not see nor hear your children while they are inside the inflatable area. You can not walk around the sides like most inflatables. This inflatable covers the entire floor and reaches wall to wall. To say it is unsafe with out parent supervision is an understatement. Its just a matter of time before some poor child gets hurt in this dangerous place. In my opinion this place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Even when you sign the wavier, the business should still not neglect children's safety. At the very least they should allow parents of the smaller children to supervise their children from inside the inflatable, since the owner doesn't supply employees to supervise the children's safety inside the bouncer. From what ive read through the reviews, all the 5 star reviews i see say almost the same generic "clean, great time, safe, blah blah" these are FAKE reviews that are either written by friends, family, or employees of the owner. Also do you notice the generic response from the owner to the 1 star reviews? None of these responses address the issues mentioned in the complaints. I also read that the owner said to a customer " I DONT CARE ABOUT THE BAD REVIEWS" I wonder if the owner still feels that way now that he has rounded up his whole posse to try and counter the plethora of bad reviews with good reviews. My advice to the owner is to change the terrible policy of not allowing caring parents to supervise their children while in the inflatable area without paying full admission price. Try to address the points i raise in my review when you respond to this, instead of some generic response that you cant find the name in the system. If you cant find my name, MIKE in your system, then look deeper! I hope this review will help customers decide where to spend there money when trying to entertain your children. This place is unsafe, uninviting, over-priced and from the quote from the owner CARELESS! Its safe to say I will never be back and will spread the word to my friends and family to avoid this business, until either policy or...
Read moreI will never go back to this place again. Which is very unfortunate because my kids love the facility/bounce house yet my son left the place in tears...the staff here was a NIGHTMARE. First, they told us we couldn’t use the Airosphere socks we had purchased weeks earlier because they had new socks so we would have to buy the new ones...ridiculous considering I JUST purchased these but fine ...$3 whatever. Then at 8:45 (it’s a Saturday so the place closes at 10pm) my kids finished playing all of the arcade games that are already overpriced as it is. My son goes to the ticket counter and the one worker stood there and watched him decide what prize he wanted for 5 minutes before coming over only to tell him couldn’t cash out his tickets from the arcade games and get prizes because she already “shut down the computer for the night”. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! Where is management?? Who trains these employees to treat PAYING customers like this? The business was open for over another hour as it is. I was shocked at the way we were being treated and that the money I just put into a game card was completely wasted since majority of the games he played were ticket games. My son was so disappointed he couldn’t pick out his prizes as any 6 year old would be and left the place crying saying what a bad end it was to a good night. We went there tonight expecting to leave with the idea of setting up a birthday party there in the next month ...not happening. You have lost our business for good and what a shame you would hire employees who treat your customers like an inconvenience and out right refuse to service them. The result of this was your employee walking away shaking her head and smiling .... unreal. I’m glad you can smile after telling a 6 year old he can get a prize for his tickets ...what...
Read moreWell, this is my first time reviewing a business. But I just couldn’t let this one pass. Here it goes.
My husband and I came in today for the first time with our 4 kids ( 10yo, 6yo, 2yo and 4mo baby). There was an employee present when we first arrived. Not the friendliest, didn’t greet us or anything just “took the order”, that was the first red flag but I let it slide. We paid 60 something dollars for the 3 bigger kids because they only offer 90mins+ and you HAVE TO GET THEIR SOCKS. They only have the bounce house (they have a toddler zone -extremely small tho) and a few arcade machines (most of them out of order), with this being said, you got 90 mins of just bounce house basically. Seems a lot of money for just that. But still I let it slide. When we got in the play area, they had a few places to sit, there was a sofa with a small birthday party a maybe 2 more small families hanging out, but it still seemed empty for it being a saturday. Our 2 biggest were jumping on their own, my husband was feeding the baby and I was watching after the 2 y/o who was jumping and this is when I drew the line. One of the 2 employees they had comes at me yelling (i was right where you get up in the bouncy- not far) she said “MA’AM YOU CANT BE THERE, YOU NEED TO GET A TICKET AND YOU NEED SOCKS it says so in the front”. Everybody immediately looked at me. How embarrassing. The way and how she approached was so rude and embarrassing. I ended having to leave mins after because my toddler kept going back to the bouncy and I wasnt going to pay 20 something dollars just to watch him.
If your business is centered on kids and families, they should have more options like they do in other places and secondly, they need better customer service. Wouldn’t give this business another one...
