THE premiere park for dogs, at least on lower cape. Plenty of room on both big and small dog sides. Sand pit for safe play, mulch on the periphery, shade in the trees, sun on the gravel. Also some dog equipment for climbing or tricks. The park is well maintained by a volunteer staff that really cares. But the best part of all is that it's very popular, meaning there are other dogs to play with or snuggle at most times. Dogs are their own beings with agency, so sometimes one might get fussy, but generally you don't have to worry about any dog because most are well socialized and very good little boys and girls. Swing by in the afternoon to pay respect to the wise park matriarch, Bailey aka "Squeaky". Can't miss her. Wonderful times to...

Town of Brewster personnel out did themselves. This dog park is one of the best getaway places for any dog. Beautifully landscaped, clean. One side for 15lb & over dogs. Other side for under 15lb. Unless you have a little one who has the confidence of a Big boy" like our dog at 13lb. He gets along brillantly with the big boys. Noone seems to care as long as everyone gets along. Drink fountain for dogs. Trees, benches. Some folks agree the "piece de resistance" would be dog exercise platforms, stairs, bridges, tunnels. No human restrooms. No picnic area. Not the type of place to bring human food. ...

I do love this dog park but I will say a few things that dog people should know. I have a young dog that recently got kennel cough from there. It’s the only socializing my dog does at the moment and he got sick a few days after playing with a few younger dogs at the park. Also, sometimes bigger dogs end up in the small dog area and my dog got ran over by one 3 times aggressively and the owner was no where to be found ! Otherwise, it’s a very nice park but it’s not 100% the owners are that great with vaccines and controlling their...

This place is the Disney World for dogs in Brewster. We have a small dog - 12 lbs and very shy and timid and somewhat afraid of other dogs - but she does great in the small dog section of this dog park . The city has done a fantastic job of creating separate spaces for big dogs and small dogs, and for the number of times we have been there - we have had no issues in the small dog section - folks seem to follow the rules very well!

This is a great park. The ground is peastone in the center, with mulch outside the pathway. Trash, bags, watter bubblers, and more! The hydrant is a water sprayer. There are "emergency use airhorns" attached to the poop bag poles. Separate, large space for small dogs. Portapotty outside the fence for the humans. People were SUPER friendly and all the dogs were great!
