Goodwill of Western and Northern Connecticut — Attraction in Bridgeport

¡¡MUST READ!! HORRIBLE. TERRIBLE. THEY SOLD ME A BROKEN PURSE WITHOUT DISCLOSING IT!!!!!!! AND THEN BLOCKED ME!! I have bought hundreds of things on shopgoodwill, and I have only had to return 3 times. All other sellers have been kind and quickly apologize and process a return. EXCEPT THESE PEOPLE! I opened a ticket, and they began to argue with me saying you could see the damage from the picture (which was actually impossible because the damage was inside the bag and the picture they were referring to was of the outside). I literally recreated the picture they referred to and proved to them that they did not disclose it. Most sellers write in the description if there is significant damage that surpasses the typical "good" "fair" "may include additional scuffs, marks, stains, etc", they didn't. They FINALLY apologize and sent a return label. A week later I see the ticket is closed with some snarky remark "damage photo but customer will not let go" AND THEN THEY BLOCKED ME!!! What sense does that make??? You'd think one would apologize for sending a broken item to a customer not BLOCK THEM. Why am I being punished for your guys mistake? I have tried contacting numerous times and now I will be reaching out to corporate and higher ups, and submitting a complaint to the Better Business Bureau.
