I purchased a 2012 BMW M3 Comp Package from Classic Car Gallery about month ago. The vehicle was well presented online, and Steve made it easy for me to see the vehicle the next day. Steve was a pleasure to work with, ensuring that I had ample time and resources (binder of vehicle service records, flashlight, rag, lift, test drive, etc.) to properly inspect the vehicle, and was very pleasant throughout the hours I spent with him. There was zero pressure to purchase or hurry up (I took my time), and he was more than happy to discuss the other gorgeous vehicles in stock / at the restoration shop next door. Steve was receptive to my knowledge of the e9x platform and did not try to hide or dissuade from the maintenance that the vehicle was unavoidably due for (fluids, brakes, rod bearings). Having since performed that maintenance at extremely reputable shops, I've received nothing but complements on the vehicle's condition and service history - confirming my perspective that Steve was honest and represented a quality vehicle. I can't say enough good things about the Gallery. From start to finish it was the best purchase experience I've had with any vehicle. Beginning with the online browsing, there is clear communication regarding the status and condition as well as great photos. I had a lot of confidence to negotiate an out of state sale, despite the beginnings of a pandemic, simply because the attention to detail was second to none. When it came time to do the paperwork, everything was organized, all my questions were answered, and zero time was wasted with last minute "by the ways". The condition of the car was as advertised. In total, the experience could have been as short as 15 minutes if it wasn't for the genuinely enjoyable conversation about some of the stunning autos on display. Its not everyday you make a big purchase and instead of feeling stressed, walk away feeling like you left friends behind. If it works out to do business with Steven & the crew again, I will be eager to return and see what new inventory passes through this...

A woman named Jen from this place contacted me, and relentlessly bothered me about wanting to buy my classic vehicles but I explained I just didn't have the time, wasn't looking to sell, and doubted she would be interested in my asking prices anyway.

After weeks of near daily phone calls and texts and harassment with me telling her I wasn't interested, I finally agreed to meet her so that I would stop being bothered.

We arranged a date time and place, and what do you know... She didn't show, didn't call, didn't respond to me afterwards and left me waiting there for hours.

Completely wasted my time and bothered me (and my acquaintances when I wasn't available, even at their places of work) repeatedly after I told her I wasn't interested in the first place.

I don't know what kind of business they run here harassing my friends at their jobs, and failing to stop when asked, but I would never deal with anyone...
