First time purchase from this store, had a miscommunication with the staff as my spouse placed an order and asked me to pick it up for her. In their system was my name and info but she mistakenly used her email which sent the order for a loop, registering her name on the order when I showed my ID. I had interactions with several staff to adjust the situation. 2 ladies at first, NANCY and ULYSSES explained to me since my wife's name's registered that she has to be the one there for pickup. One particular staff, KEENA, was very rude. I explained the situation that my wife placed an order and I'm here for pickup, she continuously sighed with frustrating tones and told me I can't pickup my order. She asked what was ordered, I explained I don't know because my wife placed the order, she reacted with more sighing and eye rolling, even told me "then go home and make your wife come back here.". I explained I'm not trying to be difficult, but she continued to have poor customer service. She started shouting the order back to me, at that point I walked away from her because I didn't want to deal with her. A 4th staff person, MARITZA, was on the floor assisting others use the portal stations and she could not have been more helpful. She spoke to me, stayed with me while I called my wife to review the situation, and spoke to the other ladies NANCY and ULYSSES to help me resolve the situation. NANCY and ULYSSES then assisted me to resolve the order, reiterated their policies in a way which would be more helpful in the future, and were apologetic about everything. KEENA walked away and ignored me. The folks at the checkput were also very helpful and kind. MARITZA waved to me as I left.

Affinity’s Bridgeport facility is one of the best in South Western Ct. Sometimes I will leave a dispensary with a few hundred dollars worth of medical products. I Feel very safe shopping here as they have a secure parking lot with a guard as well as security personnel inside the dispensary. Each one has shown to be friendly, informative and happy to help always and they do it with a smile. 🙂. He spent over 15 minutes explaining my options and everything I needed to know about each topical available. He didn’t hurry, he didn’t guess, didn’t need to refer to the menu and it was very clear that he knew exactly what he was talking about.
