There was issues delivering the flowers because there is a gate on the property. My girlfriend wasn’t picking up her phone so I kindly asked them to leave the flowers at the gate. They got frustrated and said they have been in business for 24 years and they will not do that. But before I could speak she said she will just leave them there. Then she hung up before I could say another word.
I shrugged it off because I do not get upset easily but then they called again and said “are you sure?! It’s windy!” I replied it’s fine and before I could say thank you they hung up again.
This is very rude to treat your paying customers this way. Please do not take out your frustration on your customers. Not once did I raise my voice, get frustrated, or be disrespectful at all. I spent roughly $70, please have better customer service. Other than that the flowers...

Also, I feel I was charged fairly for the flowers (fresh, arrangement was very pretty) and delivery, not to mention the excellent customer service and that Maria delivers to the lake.
