So my husband went to get his screen replaced Friday July 1st they replaced the screen and 2 hours later the screen stopped working he brought it back because they claim they insure the screen for 14 days Christian the employee who tried several screens said that something went wrong and he had to get the okay from his father who was the boss to give my husband his money back mind you the repair was $150 he paid him on July 1st..........Christian told my husband come back on Tuesday because they couldn't do anything that day and that his father/boss will speak to him then to find a solution....... Tuesday my husband went in and Christian gave him the run around that his father/boss would not be in till Thursday to come back then.......today July 7 a whole week later he went back to speak to THE BOSS not only did he NOT fix my husbands phone he only refunded $75 because he said my husband had to pay for man labor and the several screens that did not work that his son tried on my husbands phone why Insure the screens for 14 day for these people to rip you off!!!!! We are so disappointed......this was one of the WORST experiences with replacing the screen we have ever had!!! So not only did my husband not get all his money back the screen is still not fixed so tell me how this is fair these people didn't replace the screen didn't refund all his money and made him wait a whole week!!!!!! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE............ People need to know about these incidents that happen not just the good who knows maybe I can save you a trip from getting ripped off and losing...
Read moreHorrible horrible service. Save yourself and do not go here. I came in to order a new sim card reader for my phone. I paid for the part and a deposit down because it had to be ordered. I come in 20 min later to cancel my order, and they said it's already been ordered (5pm sunday) by the way and it cannot be canceled unless the manager approves. That I need to talk to the manager Orlando the next day. I come in and speak with him mind you this is in early February. He says he has no idea where the part is and only refunds me the deposit I put down, but never shows and proof of what he paid for the part only saying it's $15. After calling every week and checking status on the part he still says he doesn't know why it hasn't arrived and that it's shipping from overseas. It is now end of March and I've emailed them and still have gotten no response to where my part is that I paid for already. So almost 2 months with no update from them and now I'm out a part and $15. I really don't know if he even ordered the part and is just saying that so he can pocket my $15. This is a shady place as you can tell from all the other negative reviews, which I wish I would of seen...
Read moreI got an iPhone screen repair from Orlando Diaz and immediately put on a screen protector and protective case. Hours later, a small crack appeared in the screen, beneath the screen protector, that is slowly getting bigger. The crack has now spread into several different cracks across the screen. I did not drop my phone whatsoever. This was obviously a very poor repair, faulty materials, or something. I called the Wireless Wizard and received very poor customer service. They “cannot take a cracked screen because they must return it to their supplier in the condition that they received it”, and a “crack would be inexplainable”. There is a 14 day warranty given on a screen repair, but somehow my issue with this botched repair does not apply? He told me to look up the definition of a warranty, and when I told him the definition of warranty is a written guarantee, he said “A guarantee is a guarantee, a warranty is a warranty.” When I continued to explain that a warranty IS a written guarantee, he became hostile and asked if I would like to come to the store and talk to him (some kind of threat to “settle this” in person).
