I have enjoyed taking a Wednesday 9:30 am Chair Yoga Class, taught by Lisa Cauntis in the Art Gallery. Then I go 2 doors down to the SELF LOVE Cafe for a delicious cup of coffee; my favorite is the Bullet Proof Coffee (a special recipe created by chefs Vinnie & Kirsti). I enjoy the positive energy...
