Horrible customer service. My phone is broke cannot receive any information. The girl behind the counter had me running around in circles between two different stores. I just needed a pin to transfer my number to a different provider. I call customer support they told me I had to go back to the store so I can show my ID. Not going to the same store 3 times. Instead of just making a call right then and there. I've been a loyal customer for years. She gives me a ridiculous price of $250 to replace my phone.
