I called this store 3 times with no answer after letting it ring for a long time each call still no answer. So I drive there to get a line added to my family plan. Just to be told the system will not allow it. So I said to the clerk then I drove here for no reason after calling three time with no answer. She replied we are busy. Aren’t calling customers still customers in need of service? I been with this company 4 years and they just wasted my time and gas. ANSWER...

Went there for new phone and found what I wanted but was given the wrong phone. they corrected it but only after having to pay $30 more despite only a $10 difference between the two. Had to return the next day again because they had also sold me the wrong case. (they didn't even have the right one so I had to just return it).
