Absolutely a disgrace every time I shop there there is not one person at the counter. Surly miss the customer service at Walgreens sadly they are no longer here. Was in on mother's day line was crazy self check outs malfunctioning of course because CVS would rather buy a machine than create a job but never a shortage of pharmacist or people to give you a vaccine guess cooperate greed saw more money in medicine than customer service....anyway one cashier Marie I believe her name was did her absolute best to keep the customers happy. She should be commended and given a raise because clearly she is an abused employee. As a manager of different businesses over many years I would never sacrifice customer service and leave an employee alone on mother's day of all days when people are rushing the store to get last minute items but clearly management didn't anticipate that.....even though it would be common sense to most.....CVS step your game up its a terrible experience not just this time but Everytime. Read moreI made an appointment for my 3rd covid booster which was today @11am. I received a call today at 9:30am from CVS saying they coudn't put me in the system (interesting since I've gotten all my other covid shots at CVS at the same location without incident). Finally, the person on the phone said I could come. I arrived at 10:51 and clicked on the link they sent me to let them know I was there. I link doesn't work - says this page no longer exists. I went in and tried to speak to someone at the pharmacy and was ignored, and finally was treated rudely and told since I was early I would have to wait. No one was waiting for a covid shot ahead of me. I left. I guess I won't be getting my 3rd booster. I will NEVER step foot in ANY CVS ever again.

Read moreAfter reading other reviews I realized that I am not the only person who has experienced a covid booster issue at the CVS pharmacy saying that they didn't accept my insurance! I get home made a phone call(njdoh)to find out that it is not a booster that requires insurance, I call back- the pharmacist then informs me that she doesn't need my insurance but did not tell me that while I was there!!! Not to mention that I switched from CVS to Walgreens many years ago because the pharmacy is miserable, unfriendly and just flat out rude.... By the way for anybody else that tries to you might as well just give up on calling corporate... I was on hold for 30 minutes.... If you guys want great ,friendly customer service I highly recommend going to see the pharmacy...
