Yuki Hana Restaurant — Restaurant in Brigantine

I thought this place was decent, but I realized it’s only good if you’re desperate and don’t want to leave brigantine. The food is fairly bland and the staff only pay attention to you when they aren’t crowded. The restaurant is dingy and needs a complete makeover and the kitchen cannot handle take-out orders with a full dining room. I waited for over an hour (called in at 7:03 and didn’t walk out with food until 8:14) for some sushi and two small soups. Another man waited for his to-go order for around the same time only to be told it was sitting on the counter the entire time. The “hostess” even turned away a family of four that walked in because they were “booked for the night”. If they can afford to turn away customers at the door, they should know when to turn off their online orders and learn the meaning of “at-capacity”.

An inconvenience to describe this occurrence would not begin to describe my disdain.

This might be the worst Chinese food I ever had. Chicken and broccoli.. they gave me the scraps. Like literally 2 real pieces of chicken and then tiny scraps of chicken like the tiny pieces that fall off the chicken while you’re cooking it.. the rice is yellow for pork fried rice? Might as well just call the combo platters broccoli and yellow rice. it’s hard and no flavor at all. Simple - It’s okay. Ordered the beef fried rice, sautéed green beans, and mixed combo meal of sushi. Beef fried rice had barely to nothing beef. The sautéed green beans was overly seasoned with soy sauce where it was gooey and gross. I had to wipe off all the excess goop to enjoy fresh greens. My daughters sushi meal was good from what my daughter started. Location was simple since it’s on Brigantine Blvd. staff was good and efficient. Menu was good. Prices on their website is outdated and I was surprised with an $30.00 more than the posted menu. I informed the staff that this wasn’t expected and they need to update their menu.
