I hate leaving bad reviews, however after sitting on this for a few months, Ive decided to review my experience. Unfortunately I did not have a great experience. I got married earlier this year and had her alter my dress. I had 4 fitting, all of them I left crying because I was told if I was buying a dress from her she would never allow me to buy the one I did. She asked my mother why she was allowing me ( I'm 29) to were the shoes that I picked. I asked for it to be hemmed, taken in the bust, add a bussul (sorry I cannot spell for my life) and to add some appliques to the neck line to help cover some cleavage. She only hemmed it. The day of my wedding I was left with a dress that was falling off my shoulders, and because there was no bussul my first dance was ruined. Carmella was absolutely amazing to work with! I bought my wedding dress at a consignment shop, and it needed some serious alterations. Carmella worked her magic, and my dress fit beautifully in the end! She also made my veil out of leftover material.
