Lucky Garden — Restaurant in Bristol

I preferred online delivery at 5:55 . 7:30 rolls around no food payed and tipped mind you . Get a call man says he is here I said I’d come out . He is t here call back man hangs up . Call the business (which I called a hour after ordering to check where it was and they said on its way also mind I live 5 mins away of that . ) they hung up thought it was bad service call again say my order and address and explain hang up again . Try one more and said. O you’re not taking my50$ plus tip and ignoring me . So o drive there to which they are acting like they didn’t just hang up on me and then call the guy who drove around with my food that is cold now to come. Ack and give it to me . Did not refund me a cent or even the tip . I left with such aggravation because they were just gonna keep my money and not even try . I was kind on the phone with the driver and trying to call the store to let them k ow the driver was having a communication issue and was not understanding us saying we thought he was at the wrong place . Long story but I have cold food . Aggravated family and I ordered deliver that I had to pick up my self . They also did not tel me what was going on for 10 mins after I got there and explained and waited for soemthing to happen which was the driver being back cold food .. there’s no mean people but they don’t care if they take your money and you don’t get your food . The fact o waited in there for so long and they couldn’t fr make my food that was now two hours....

I order from there 2/3 times a week for my husband I work a lot so it works it’s good and I never have a problem untill tonight ! I call and get my usual d3 sub chicken fingers instead of pork strips and 2 egg rolls . Now I’ve been a restaurant manger my hole life I tip well and I’m always polite cuz no one is perfect! Do I call to tell them nicely I didn’t recive the egg rolls the woman insisted I had them now 2 mins of me telling her I did not get them I’m a good coustmer and all she had to do is apologize and offer a credit for next time but nope she puts the man on the phone and he insist that he placed them in the bag him self and he wants to I stirs I have them so end of story they did nothing about it so now they lost a coustmer ! I order from here a few times a month and always get the same thing… Sesame chicken. Most times it is great… Juicy, tender, tons of sauce… So much so that sometimes it spills out of the container. However, the last two times I ordered it, I was so disappointed when I opened the container. There was barely any sauce on the bottom of the container and the chicken was so tough , stringy and dry that I ended up throwing away more than I ate. I’ll give them another shot because when the food is on point it is excellent but I am very disappointed in these last two visits. I’m not sure if something changed in the kitchen or what, but it’s definitely...
