Copper Leaf Gardens & Event Center — Attraction in Broomfield

My daughter’s wedding and reception was held at the Copper Leaf Gardens and Event Center in August, 2016. We decided on this venue because it has lovely a green area outside, lots of parking, and a very nice indoor space for the reception. The venue is beautiful, with a gazebo outside that was the perfect outdoor setting for the ceremony. Vipul and Madhoo Seth were wonderful to work with! They quickly responded to all of our questions and concerns. Although Madoo has a list of vendors that they typically work with/recommend we were able to bring in an outside photographer and DJ with zero complaint. The servers for the day also helped a family friend tier the small cake we brought in for the cutting. As a first time mother of the bride, I must say that I wish I had asked about adding more time to use for setting up, as well as whether we could have set up our centerpieces the evening before. All of our decorations/centerpieces were DIY projects that we brought to the venue ourselves, and I was still setting things up as guests started to arrive. (My advice for future DIY brides/families is to make sure there is PLENTY of time to set things up, even if it means purchasing an extra half hour/hour of time. The money is well worth it.) The servers that the venue hired for the day were polite, friendly, very helpful and jumped in to help us set up center pieces as our set up time began to dwindle. Additionally, my daughter and new son-in-law appreciated that the servers made a special trip outside to bring the wedding party hors d’oeuvres while they were taking pictures. The day-of coordinator, Marci, did a fantastic job making sure things ran smoothly and according to plan. She was always cool and collected, which did a lot to keep my daughter at ease during her special day. I have no idea if it is normal for venues to be this helpful, but we were very impressed. Our wedding was a fantastic experience. Copper Leaf was a great venue, and we had a very positive experience with the staff and owners. The venue was beautiful, the food was delicious, and Vipul + Madhoo + staff made the organization much less stressful.

Having a venue that looks great and has good food was a huge plus! We had a buffet style reception, and they accommodated our friends that were vegetarian or had specific dietary restrictions (special plates!!).

We were a little worried when our point of contact (sales/event coordinator) left the company, but Vipul and Madhoo jumped right in and were strong communicators. We planned the wedding from out of state, and they went out of their way to work with our crazy schedules. We highly recommend this place. It's beautiful, the food is great, and the prices are reasonable.

We were able to have 145 guests comfortably seated in the dining hall and outside at a small ring exchange ceremony. No one felt cramped, and we even had everyone dancing! It got a little hot since it was the summer, indoors, and with a hundred people dancing. However, people could wander around the beautiful grounds and cool off.

We highly recommend this venue in Denver. There are lots of nice hotels and airbnb's nearby that can accommodate any...

We celebrated our daughter’s 15th birthday on 8/20/21. This place is absolutely beautiful, the atmosphere one can create for ones guest, the food and drinks are amazing! The staff is friendly and so helpful! Shout out to Evie and her team!

Unfortunately, I can only give this place 2 stars out of the 5. This is due to very stressful issues we had 1 day before the event. Yes, we spoke to the owner and it was resolved. I don’t want to get too detailed but I do have documentation about my whole event and how everything was handled. Also, please make sure you read your contract, I was told there would be a refundable deposit ($1000) after they charged any additional expenses such as staff time and bar fees, etc. This is not the case, they charged me an additional $400 for staff and $300 additional to my bar tab that’s $700, don’t know what happened to the rest. I emailed the owner for a copy of my final invoice to review, never got a reply back. No money back. At this point, I feel like it is, what it is and will no longer be considering this place for...
