We stopped for take-out on our way home to Boulder, and were impressed! Even good Chinese food isn't usually tasty as take-out, and our menu of Kung-Pao Chicken and Mongolian Beef was excellent, even eaten out of the foam containers in a nearby park. The spice was just right, not too salty, and the meat tender. We are sensitive to MSG and didn't react (though we forgot to ask if they use MSG). The size of the orders was also generous for the price. We will be back (all the way from Boulder, since we haven't found any good Chinese food up here)!
Unfortunately, the sauce spilled out of the closed clamshells all over our car on the way home and the styrofoam isn't recyclable. We suggest you package your take-out dishes in plastic soup-style containers with snap-on lids, so the sauce stays inside and the container can be...
Read moreRecently ordered takeout from this restaurant. When we got home, found out that one item from our order was missing. We let them know that it was missing and they said let them know on our next order and they will replace it at no cost, which was great. After we finished our meal we were very disappointed in the quality of the food. We ordered Walnut Chicken and could barely chew the pieces that were supposed to be chicken. Most of the pieces were just dough. There was very little chicken. Same for the General Tso's. Barely edible and mostly fried lumps of dough coating. We ordered a side of brown rice and noticed that there was white rice mixed in the carton. Their quality of food is severely lacking. You should be getting what you pay for. Needless to say, we won't...
Read moreThe worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. Not sure what happened to this place, but it’s seriously a “kitchen nightmares” episode. These are their bbq ribs, boiled or something with know rub or basting of bbq whatsoever, what have we become as a restaurant industry? I won’t even bother with the shrimp w/ lobster sauce that actually had mushrooms and carrots in the sauce, seriously? You’re either not from China, or from California since they are the only ones to do something that unethical as a chef. Surely they will be closed by summer 2022. Well let’s just hope they find their true callings in life. Cooking is not one of them!!! Absolutely without a doubt all the appetizers are processed, fully cooked and frozen. They then microwave or deep...
