A nice small set of falls up a steep slope This site can be reached by 2 different methods. Our navigation app took us the more difficult way which was a rock/dirt road that went over the hill. I would suggest looking for the paved alternate route and taking that one. I highly recommend taking the well-paved part for everyone. Parking is limited in the parking lot that is at the trailhead for the falls. This location leads to several trails and at least 2 falls that are a short hike: Juney Whank and Tom Creek. Juney Whank is only about 0.2 miles but it is up a steep winding slope. There is a turnoff to the right that takes you down to a small bridge that puts you right in front of (and very close to) the falls. The falls are not really high but it is a nice view both looking up and down from the bridge. If you continue across the bridge up the trail, you will come to a divide in the trail. The one going down will take you to another set of falls (Tom Creek falls) and back to the parking area via a large and wide road. I would recommend this site for people interested in falls but a little expectation management on this. It is not a large set of falls and some visitors might be underwhelmed.

What a lovely place to hike, relax and breathe in the wonderful air...I love how it's easy to find and you can do different levels as your fit to... The waterfall is just beautiful... I was totally immersed in nature and though it was a rainy day it still was enjoyable.. make sure you wear sneakers or some form of covered toes footwear.. I arrived early by 9am and it wasn't busy yet.. so it felt more private as I hiked to the falls and around..which was really nice... For on my departure the park area was filling up quickly with large group's.. so heads up if your like me and want a quiet moment to reflect I recommend you arrive early.. beautiful area all around from the trails to the river down below... Just made for a nice day! Your definitely missing out if you don't check this park out..

This was a really neat falls. It's not as big as the other falls nearby, but is still worth seeing!

You get to it from the same parking lot as you do to Tom Branch and Indian Falls. The hike up doesn't look steep, but it is! Your heart will be pounding quickly, so take it easy. It's only .25 miles to the falls, no hurry.

There is a bridge across the middle of the creek, that has a bench to sit and enjoy the falls. In fact, the bridge is kind of in the middle of the falls! Never been on one like this. Photos are a little difficult, as you're so close to the falls.

Take the trail off to the right and then down the hill, and go to Tom...
