Edward Ryerson forest preserve is the same if you wrote on google maps Lake county forest preserve, It has a welcome center and educational center too, the welcome center was open on Saturday, it has fountains for drinking and restrooms. It has maps for the place and other booklets. The educational center was closed on Saturday. Parking was easy and plenty of spaces , free entrance. Two of the trails were closed for maintenance but the still the forest was amazing with the variety of birds that their habitats is there. Perfect place for tranquility and peace, few benches around, the restrooms are available only in the entrance of the forest.it s dog friendly.

Very sorry to lose the Ryerson corncrib. It has been a part of Ryerson farm history. We lost the cabins and now this. These are things we knew and loved about Ryerson.

Very sorry to lose the Ryerson corncrib. It has been a part of Ryerson farm history. We lost the cabins and now this. These are things we knew and loved about Ryerson.
