Alright, so I know most people go to liquid because it's usually the only place open till the am in the suburbs. But let me tell you, try and avoid going here, ESPECIALLY when the employee Adrian is there. totally ignored the mess of an exploding cup right in front of them rude attitude when discussing for a clean up and a reason why the cup exploded. Honestly, so disgusted by this guy Adrian's service and all of the workers there at the time of 11:45 pm of June 25th, but he seemed to be in charge. I've gone to Liquid Fusion since I was like 5 from the original one in Northbrook, so I know how to drink bubble tea. I've been a loyal liquid drinker for MANY years and that says something, because most teens have better things to do than write a review at midnight. This guy Adrian has totally ruined my experience at Liquid by a) embarrassing me in front of my friends b) being VERY rude c) being unwilling to clean up a mess that required a mop d) poorly taking care of a clean up that the CUSTOMERS were willing to do.
So here's the story, I go to liquid with a group of friends after returning from a nice venue party, meaning we were wearing some fancy outfits. I was ordered a Thai milk tea with jobs and of course I was sitting next to my friend who, of course, was the only one wearing white. I've had many years of bubble tea drinking, so I know how to put the straw in. BUT, the whole cup fell apart from bottom to up, spilling all over my friends white blazer. I felt pretty bad that my drink spilled all over my friend and my shoes unto the floor, but i cannot stress enough, the cup was the issue. Ive never had a cup explode on me before. While this was all happening, the workers totally ignored what happened without even getting from the back. They just gave my friends a handful of napkins and a 2nd cup to put the exploded one in. They IGNORED the situation. But I understood that it was pretty busy, so I went to the bathroom with a friend to clean her blazer and when I came back, they haven't mopped anything, having my friends sit in the mess without ONE person leaving behind the counter, IGNORING the issue. So I asked for a new drink, politely, because again it was late and I get working late hours suck, I work late too. But ADRIAN totally blamed me for putting the straw in wrong, causing the cup to explode... Excuse me, but ive had bubble tea all my life, and I've never had an issue before, but he had the audacity to assume that it was my fault. I wasn't blaming him, I was arguing that I had a faulty cup, but he simply didn't want to replace the drink and argued me about it being my problem. He also took the cup from me, withholding my evidence for my argument against him to SHOW how the straw WAS NOT the issue. While I was asking for a new Thai tea, he simply just put the exploded tea into a new cup, filling 3/4 of it with ice. And to end with a cherry on top, they still didn't clean up the mess after a good 15 minutes. So before I left, I made sure to get Adrian's name from a coworker which made her finally speak up. Unfortunately, I had a long night as well, and I was offended that she only acted upon being threatened. So that concludes a long night of a destroyed white blazer, terribly rude service, plastic tasting tea, and me writing a review longer than some of my essays at 2 am. I hope this influences someone's choice upon liquid fusion and teaches Adrian a lesson.

Read moreI am sharing this story from what my granddaughter told me. She and her friend went to this location for dessert. After parking her car, 2 teenagers came up to her and told her that she couldn't park in the spot because it was "her" spot. she also told my granddaughter that her father owned the place and this was again, "her"spot. My granddaughter told her that there was no sign up and nobody's name on it and she was just going in to get some ice cream and was going to be back out within 5 to 10 minutes. She did not feel like she needed to move her car. When my granddaughter and her friend came back out, two cars were parked so close to her on either side that she was not able to get into her car. My granddaughter's friend called the police and the police asked for the two license plate numbers. As soon as she was going to give them both cars pulled away. Shame on these kids to pull such a stunt. If this girl was the owners daughter, then shame on the owner for allowing his child to behave in such a disrespectful way. One car was an Audi and one car was a bmw. It's so hard to believe that this kind of behavior occurs over parking space that doesn't belong to anybody.....
Read moreI heard this boba shop had good service and drinks, however, I received the opposite. When I was placing my order at the front, the employee taking my order showed harsh attitude towards me. Such as raising her voice when I asked for a reduction of sugar in my uncle’s drink, as he is diagnosed with diabetes. A simple “no” would’ve been fine. I ended up ordering the Thai bubble tea for myself, and it was WAY too sweet, I barely drank two sips out of it. Not only that, but the wait for the drinks to be made was too long! The wait was definitely not worth it, since the drinks are really just milk with 1,000,000 grams of sugar added. The only good factor about this place were the decorations. However, I don’t simply want eye candy, I also want something delicious to eat and drink. I definitely don’t recommend...
