I had COD pre ordered since August. I called the store to inform them I don't have my receipt, the person on the phone told me they can look me up, which he did and said he has my copy. He said I can just show up at midnight and get the game. When I showed up at midnight, there was a bunch of people there and 2 guys behind the counter calling out numbers. I asked a few people what are the numbers for and they said it's for them to buy the game. Another person said go up front if I already ordered it. So, I walked up and asked for my copy that I pre ordered. He asked if i had a receipt, I told him I lost it and the game was bought and paid for back in Aug. He said I need to get a number and wait to get called. I told him I called earlier and that they have my copy behind the desk. I offered to show him my I'D, He didn't want to listen. He said I needed to wait with all the others. What is the point of pre ordering if your not going to let me pick up my game? It was late and I didn't want to argue with the guy. I will go back and...
Read moreTraded in an Xbox one I had during a promo. They were giving 120 for the console instead of the usual 60. The dude working there however pretended to "inspect" the console and said since there were some scratches he'd have to send it out to get refurbished and that he could only give me 80 for it. He didn't even turn it on to verify it worked. Idk if it was a scam on his part, maybe he was trying to log it in as 120 and just give me 80 so he could pocket 40 bucks but whatever the case I said no way. The console was a backup I'd had for 2 years and almost never used it, there were no scratches, not even any dust. I took it to the gamestop in niagara falls and they gave me the full 120 without any issue. The guy trying to scam me was about 5'8 little chubby, longer hair and stubble, maybe a beard. Been a few months now. Anyway, I'd avoid this particular store or at least that specific cashier, or whatever spiffy name they call the guys working the counter, sales associates, gaming tellers......

Along with the 2 bags of returnable items, I also needed to renew my power up rewards subscription and return a warrantied headset for a new one.
