The Cave — Attraction in Buffalo

You probably never heard of the place, I know I didn’t know about The Cave. Matter of fact I passed by it the first time and had to circle back around. But I guess the best hidden caves, are one of the most interesting to find. The Cave is a music venue that host many different artists. Some events have a cover charge and of course some don’t. Tonight’s show featured, Dalton Sharp & Friends w/Donna Delano-Kerr. Nice musical performance along with vocals. Perfect type of lounge music. To go along with the entertainment, you have a full bar with a food menu. The prices is beyond reasonable, especially since they offer top shelf liquor and the food is good.

Nice cozy venue, a little hard to find at first but worth the search to check out some music. Drinks are priced at a fair rate but the real star is.... the food believe it or not... and that's why I am writing this review. Only been here 3 times each time I have ordered something and can recall the first two times enjoying it thoroughly. The most recent trip was just 5 days ago i was not to hungry and just wanted a little something. Scanned the prices 6 to 8 for small apps (bar/finger food) and then saw the Bacon cheeseburger that came with fries for 11.. think heck that's cheaper than the big Mac meal at McDs.. why not.. this burger was amazingly good 2 patties and a healthy stack of bacon... This place is really cool! saw a band here last night and it's a beautiful venue tucked away somewhere different than all the downtown music venues. I love the high ceilings and thoughtful decor

but...

The bartenders seemed kinda pissed off that they had to be there. They were chatting with each other and sorta lackadaisical about customers / seemed sorta annoyed when they had to stop to bartend.

but i wouldn't count this spot out it's dope!!

i guess just try not to interact with the bartenders if it's a later show lol. minimal contact. covid rules apply.
