Extremely Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service my 11-year-old daughter received it on .My daughter went in for a simple trim, requesting just to take off a little bit of length. Instead, the stylist, [Stylist's Name, if known, or "the stylist"], proceeded to cut off significantly more hair than requested. Adding to the distress of the situation was the stylist's completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. She was not only dismissive of my daughter's wishes but also raised her voice and essentially screamed during the haircut. This behavior is unacceptable, especially when dealing with a child. My daughter left the salon in tears, feeling humiliated and upset about her drastically shortened hair. A salon experience should be a positive one, especially for a young girl. The stylist's lack of respect and disregard for my daughter's comfort and requests was appalling. I am deeply disappointed with the service and would strongly advise other parents to avoid this salon. I will not be returning and will be sharing this negative experience...

I never leave bad reviews but this experience scarred me for life. I just wanted to bleach my bangs and it was so poorly done, the bleaching was uneven. Sudi is a nice person with experienced hands for haircut. I made appointment with her and she is on time. I initially was skeptical how she will deal with Asian hair, and I was totally satisfied with her service. To my knowledge Sudi cut my hair the same way that other Asian hair salon would do, and it came out perfectly. I have had haircuts with her for several times and am always satisfied with her service.
