I am a former winery owner and winemaker and I almost never join wine clubs. But when you love every wine on a flight, and the club is a great value, you just gotta do it. The tasting room is lovely. My group and I were served by Rachel, who was so friendly and helpful. They have lots of events that sound so fun. I can't wait to attend! One of my friends also signed up for the club. We got a chance to chat with the winemaker on the way out. Overall an exceptional experience and great wines. 3 months later, this is still one of my favorite wineries. Brought friends. We all loved every single line. The staff is incredible. The sales are amazing. The wine is fantastic. Highly recommend.

Always a relaxing stop at this hidden gem! Can’t beat the cheese and wine pairings (which come w/ your tasting). Been a member for a few years… the winemaker produces quality and variety in his wine consistently year to year (thank you)! We also super appreciate the beautiful recipes on the website which go perfectly w/ their different wines! A year ago, we had a chance to do a pickup party! We loved it and look forward to more once the littles get a bit bigger ;) *winery is kid friendly but it’s hard to enjoy a glass and chase a child if you catch my drift. Finally, Rachel our host, thanks for always being so kind and informative! Cheers ‘til next time

Incredible boutique, family-run winery whose tasting menu is very reasonable. As so many others have said, we loved the cheese pairings (and wanted to take some cheese home, it was so good alone!). The Innuendo Noir was particularly great. Beautifully quiet on the grounds, you feel like you’re one of a few being served rather than one of fifteen tables — because you are!

My wife and I went to our very first Lobster Fest at Mitchella last weekend and it was so much better than we thought it would be. It truly exceeded our expectations. We would give it a 6 Star rating if we could. The Lobster Fest had a very New Orleans crab boil or crawfish boil feel. The lobsters were very nice sized and very tasty. The sauces they provided were excellent. The potatoes, sausage, shrimp, and bread were very tasty and were nicely presented on paper in the center of the table. The wines were delicious, and the crowd was very pleasant and friendly. The staff was very attentive and made sure that everyone was well taken care of. If I were Mitchella, I would change absolutely nothing because that was a perfect event. Looking forward to attending again next year.

UPDATE: We went to our second Lobster Fest in September 2024 and it did not disappoint. The quality and service was just as good as the first time that we went. The chef and staff put a lot of work into this event, and it shows. Once again, we would give Mitchella a 6 Star rating if we could. Can't wait...

This is absolutely the worst winery in Paso! They are NOT dog friendly even though they advertise that they are. I brought my little 8 pound maltipoo on the property and I didn't even make it inside before the owner's dog attacked mine! I got bit several times in the process trying to save my dog and they followed me back to my car because the owner lets them roam free all over the property. Not only this, but the woman had the nerve to blame ME for bringing a dog in from of her customers! If you look in yelp there are similar reviews to this that I should have taken into more consideration. I definitely wouldn't come here for the woman's attitude alone, not to mention her her dogs. I would give no stars if I could but I guess they're in a...
