Titus Vineyards — Attraction in California

We went yesterday and we had Parvody wait on us and she seemed to give two rats a... about us. We were super excited about visiting this winery because we drink their wine often and love them. We even had one of their wine club members with us and we were completely dismissed. She was washing glasses, answering the phone, she lacks passion for her product. We were so disappointed !! We expected to spend the most money at this vineyard instaed we only spent $500. We were also were planning on joining their wine club, instead we chose not to. Super relaxing, and very accommodating to your tasting experience. It is an intimate setting with breathtaking views. One of the very few tasting experiences that is nestled in the Vineyards. The staff is exceptional & we even got to meet one of the owners. A big shout out to Karen Velasquez, the Vista Room Supervisor, for making our day fun and memorable. If the views and experiences aren't enough, just wait until you taste the wine. Titus is a special wine and you definitely need more Titus Cabernet...

Worst experience in wine country ever. I have been all over wine country and have never encountered such rude staff. We had been at James Cole and Viader earlier in the day and the experiences were incredible. Sadly we chose to end our day with Titus. What a mistake. The wine was an average jammy selection of reds that were over priced, the property was lovely, but unfortunately the staff was as awful.
