I'll try and sum everything up in main points so it doesn't get too long
-I tried so hard to plan this trip. I called every day for a week, I kept getting different people, I got transferred between employees, sent to voicemail once, no one gave me consistent or correct information and the website was useless
-we decided to go anyway, arrived, and they said they're closing in five minutes (it was 1:55) Again, I tried to communicate with the winery, I wouldn't have come if I knew they were closing which was never communicated at any point
-the employee tried to sell us a tasting anyway and wanted to rush through it in five minutes until I called him out and said that makes no sense.
-the employee also tried to sell us concert tickets. He told us $50 for two people, two tastings included and food and music. We were about to buy until I insisted on more information and we learned the tastings were actually only vouchers to be used at a later time and we'd have to buy additional wine there if we wanted to drink
-I told the employee about all my frustrations and tried to come some kind of resolution and all we got was an extra pour of a tasting
I'm really sad that I wasted hours of my own time trying to call/plan and a day of vacation as well. This review isn't going to get back the time and money I spent trying to make this work but I hope someone will read this and save their own...
Read moreSeveral days ago we stayed in Fairfield and on that trip planned to visit two wineries. Our first stop was Wooden Valley which was a great experience and we purchased a bottle of wine. Our next step Vezer Winery not so much. There were a few people when we walked in. After a few minutes the lady asked us if she could help us. We said we would like to do a wine tasting. She said we could but we would need to go to the other room as they were being filmed. She brought out the first wine but she was too involved with the filming to give additional service. A gentleman who works there came over to us and finished the tasting. He was nice enough, but by that time we felt that we should not have come there and did not enjoy the tasting. We were told we had four additional red wines to try at their other tasting room. We went there, but the employee disappeared twice during the tasting. My advice is if you are being filmed, close tastings to the public. We would never return here as they made us feel we shouldn't...

She picked up the bottle to pour when a man tapped her on the shoulder and asked for a refill which she proceeded to pour. Then another couple walked up to the table and she greeted them and asked them what they would like. I then spoke up and said "What am I, chopped liver?" She responded "I always serve women first." I then responded "So that last person with the beard was a...
