I stopped going to Frys ,Best Buys for my electronic parts, your product are from the best AMERICAN COMPANIES and and satisfied , just one suggestion if you could look at your Website and see if it could be improved for your customers you will have a great customer base, it is understandable that you do not want to deal with "retail customers" as they are PIN, and rather deal with industrial and military customers, you still will help small DIY enthusiast, who will support you....

Just don't expect the person at the counter to be a lot of help. They have catalogs that can narrow down where you need to go to find something- but the counter people don't always know what will fix what. They probably won't offer any electrician type advice.
