On today's date 9/11/2012 at approximately 9:34:43 pm my spouse went to Taco Bell located at 1505 Flynn Road in the City of Camarillo, California. She utilized the convenient drive-thru to place our order which included 2-Burritos, 7 crunchy tacos and an order of Nachos Bell Grande with no tomatoes. She arrived home with our late dinner and as we open the Nachos Bell Grande I noticed two long human hairs, possibly from a brunette employee, mixed in with the cheese and sour cream but just below the tomatoes. Needless to say we did not wanted to eat any of the tacos or burritos because it would be really hard to determined if they were any hairs in them.
My spouse decided to take the Nachos Bell Grande back to Taco Bell and speak with the manager in regards to our experience. She came home and stated she presented the Nachos Bell Grande to the employee working the front counter and the employee told her she would get a manager to speak with her. The employee return and told my spouse that they would returned her money back. My spouse waited to speak with the Manager who decided not to come out of his office and address this important issue. Once the employee provided my spouse with her money the employee apologized and left. My spouse was left by the counter waiting for a Manager that never bother to come out and provide and answer as to why we had hair in our food or at least make an effort to show he cares for his customers.
Here is my warning if you decide to eat at this Taco Bell location please....CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU EAT IT BECAUSE YOU MAY FIND AN EMPLOYEES HAIR IN YOUR FOOD. You will get your money back if you take the time to take the food back to this location but do not expect the management to care you had some hair in your food.
If the store owner or corporate representative does not believe this happened I challenge you to check your in-store video camera system and review the footage for 9-11-2012 between 9:40pm and 10:00pm. You will clearly see the events described above including the Nachos Bell Grande left on the counter at your store.
The following is the information on our receipt since I am unable to paste a photo copy of our receipt as proof: Order# 343339 Cashier: Exxxx P Date: 9/11/2012 Time: 9:34:43pm.

I went there this morning - in the drive-thru promptly at 7:04am. This location is supposed to open at 7:00am. Nobody came on the speaker for a whole minute before I moved to the window, only to find the food area DARK.
As I drove through to the exit of the drive-thru, I saw 4 workers. 1 was sweeping and mopping, two were sitting down eating in the restaurant area, and 1 was doddling around.
This also happened a few months ago. I was in at 7:30am - well after the time for them to be opened and I was told through the speaker that they were getting a late start and to come back later.
This location also ran out of orange juice for a long while. OTHER places - Jack in the Box, McDonald's, Wendy's - all had orange juice. Why not this location?
Whoever the franchise owner is - he or she is apparently inept. I will no longer be a patron at this location.
--- UPDATE 20221031 --- I decided to go there this morning as a sort of "olive branch" in the hopes that they got their act together.
Nope.
Went through the drive-thru, ordered a quesadilla with SAUSAGE.
The lady at the speaker confirmed my order. TWICE.
Got a quesadilla with BACON.
Back to the boycott...
--- UPDATE 20240630 --- Welp - I've been visiting this location a little bit more this year and things have gotten better. Still not happy that Taco Bell Corporate strong-armed a trademark from a gentleman who has held it for years, but that's the way it goes I suppose.
This location has fixed its early morning issues - employees are now showing up on time and they're promptly open when they say they're open.
They still get orders incorrect, but the issue is fewer and far between, so I'm not going to complain very much about getting an extra hashbrown instead of Cinnabon bites on their...
Read morePlaced a mobile order to pick up in the drive thru. When I get there, they tell me I can't pick it up in the drive thru, I have to come inside. Luckily there was no one behind me in line and I backed out and went inside - which honestly I shouldn't have. Why couldn't I pick up my mobile order from the drive thru? I go inside and wait. And wait. Other people who just walked in are getting their food before me and I ordered 20 mins ago at this point. I finally ask for an update and - they tell me they haven't started making it yet! Basically spent my whole lunch break waiting at Taco Bell when I shouldn't have had to leave the drive thru at all. Aside from this, just generally they screw up orders often. I've tried complaining on their app to no avail, I don't think they even really care. Don't go to this location unless you love conflict and not getting what...
