During a recent visit to Freedom Park, I noticed several issues in the men’s restroom facilities at Freedom Park that not only compromise sanitation but also create a potentially unsafe and uncomfortable environment for visitors.
Inoperable Toilets with Stagnant Water: Several of the toilets were not functioning, resulting in stagnant water accumulating in the bowls. This is not only unsanitary but could also become a breeding ground for harmful bacteria and unpleasant odors, creating an unhealthy atmosphere for park goers. Lack of Stall Doors: The absence of doors on restroom stalls raises significant privacy concerns, especially as many children also use these facilities. I kindly urge the Parks Staff to address these issues...

Last thing, the animal shelter is nearby so you will hear barking but I will take that over annoying people anyday. Those happy mature pups are simply calling you to come visit & say hi. You just might find fur baby love when you come to...

Shaded with lots of green grass the two English creme retrievers I ran into with their owners were feeling no pain. The park is totally fenced with double gates-kinda of dog Alcatraz- no one can get away! Amenities include benches, picnic tables, dog water fountains and pet waste bags. Best of all, it’s new and off the beaten path so if you need to take your dog to a less frequented place, this is it! Good job, Camarillo, for considering your canine...
