Edit: Once I actually got to the jump itself, the people who work at the jump site (instructors, pilot, etc.) are awesome and I could totally relax and trust them to guide me through this experience. The jump was incredible, and it was my second time here. However, the company itself and the upper management conducts a questionable business, they treat workers on site as independent contractors and you are expected to tip your instructors/pilots etc anywhere from $30 to $60 each (easily adding $100+ to your total cost). They can cancel on you because of the weather and not offer a refund, but if you try to cancel or reschedule they change pretty significant fees.

Jumped here before, I have returned because there are simply no other places around the area. But, oh boy⦠the experience is just as bad as the first time: jumps and instructors are awesome but They donāt pay their instructors properly therefore jumpers are supposed to tip them. On top of already crazy inflamed prices. They tell you to show up at 12pm and both times we didnāt jump until 3:30pm, and you are just supposed to sit and wait there. They charge $99 for pictures, and if you want videos (that they are filming regardless), itās another $99.
I just wish everyone was treated fairly and kindly (including pilots, instructors and clients), but I think the company is run by extremely greedy...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreTo be honest, everything besides the actual skydive was a pretty terrible experience. Nobody informed us when we booked as a group of 3 that we would need to be split up as a 2 and a 1. That was until the woman at the front desk explained it to us, who was beyond incompetent throughout this entire process. I've gone skydiving multiple times before and this was never the case -- and you'd think that would be something significant enough to inform a potential customer about. As a result, my girlfriend and my sister went together because they had never jumped before, but I completely missed being able to share the experience with them and I ended up going alone. Not to mention we arrived on time and ultimately waited over 2 hours before heading out to jump, and that's after I called twice earlier in the day asking if there was anything I needed to know before we came. If we had all of this information beforehand there is ZERO chance we would've booked skydiving here. Felt like we got completely hustled. I certainly will not be recommending your place to any of my friends, in fact I'll be strongly advising them to avoid it at all cost. For what should be an incredibly joyous and meaningful event you guys did everything in your power to suck the fun and...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreStill feeling my adrenaline rush from my first jump yesterday. One of my best buds and I decided to do this since they recently opened in Oxnard. This couldnāt have been a better birthday treat to myself as it has always been on my bucket list. From the start, everyone in the building made us feel very comfortable. We had a slight delay due to weather and patiently waited in the waiting room hoping the clouds will clear up. Safety first! Once our turn came up we strapped in. I jumped with Alex and my friend jumped with Jaime. These two are truly passionate, professional and made me feel super relaxed throughout the whole process. We were cracking jokes on the way up and it totally eased my nerves with the good energy. The jump itself was nothing but spectacular!!! From the ocean views to the land. Alex made sure I saw every angle as much as possible. Landing was a breeze. Definitely recommend if this is on your bucket list! Donāt forget to get video and picture package. Definitely worth it! Also, give these a guys a tip! They truly deserve it! Thank you again Alex,...
