The soccer parents often park on the street, I have had them open their car doors right into the moving traffic lane, they have stepped out from between cars without looking, they create a hazard. It be nice if they were a bit respectful of those that live in the neighborhood. They are visitors they need to behave kindly. Other than that it is a wonderful park!!! Just be extra careful driving by during soccor seasons drive extra slow, the speed limit is 25 drop it to 10. Or you are libel to hit an adult, running out from between the cars...
Read moreGreat place to walk the dog. The rangers sometimes will be strict about leash rules so just ignore the picture of my dog without one and make sure to have a leash! There are wide open fields to go run though when there are not sport activities going on. Weekends and evenings during soccer and baseball seasons can get very crowded in the parking areas, but there is plenty of space once you're on the fields. Read moreAlthough this vast park is for sports I found if you come during a weekday it is so peaceful. I finished my book admiring the majestic mountains in the distance. I saw birds, dragonflies, butterflies, rabbits, lizards, and even a falcon. Honestly, I was so relaxed the freeway noise didn't even phase me. I noticed many people during the day walking & exercising. One trip around the property was 1.35 miles and I did notice a super long paved pathway that will be great when I return to skate....
