Curtis Island Lighthouse — Attraction in Camden

We were a little unclear about what we could do here besides seeing the lighthouse. It was not really a hike - I’d guess less than a 1/4 mile. It was definitely worth going to see it and just looking at the view. We saw a path that lead to the ocean rocks near the lighthouse. We could find no outlook point that was accessible. Signs say it is technically public access, but every drive along the road said 'private drive'.
