Did you know that Maine boasts more miles of coastline than the entire state of California? 🤯💡 Don’t just take our word for it, get out the map and see for yourself! There are so many islands, bays, and tiny peninsulas - it’s definitely not your average coastline! And with that, comes so many lighthouses! 🫰🏻😍 💡For more than 200 years, Maine’s lighthouses have served as guiding lights along the rugged coastline. These luminous fortresses have not only endured the passage of time, but they continue to offer safety and protection to sailors and their ships. They also welcome visitors seeking a remarkable and lasting impression, providing a sanctuary of adventure and wonder! Doing a lighthouse road trip is a perfect way to enjoy the coastline at a relaxed pace! From Portland to Camden, here are some of our favorite lighthouses you MUST add to your Maine itinerary! 😍📌 1- Curtis Lighthouse, Camden 2- Hendrick’s Head Lighthouse, Southport 3- Pemaquid Point, Bristol 4- Rockland Breakwater Lighthouse, Rockland 5- Owl’s Head Lighthouse, Owls Head 6- Portland Head Light, Cape Elizabeth Take a wild guess and let us know in the comments how many lighthouses you think Maine has and be sure to SAVE this reel for your next trip along Maine’s beautiful coastline!🫶🏼🤩 Be sure to check out @visitmaine for more destination inspiration!😍 🎥 @emilie.hofferber #ad #Maine #Mainething

What a peaceful and serene place and carpet of that white snow makes it more beautiful . It was our first time to experience Toboggan race at Camden and it was lot of fun . While we were coming back from our trip we stop by to capture the winter beauty of Curtis light house !

We were a little unclear about what we could do here besides seeing the lighthouse. It was not really a hike - I’d guess less than a 1/4 mile.
