We vacationed in Maine in November and visited some lighthouses.    Read moreI enjoyed my visit to the Curtis Lighthouse Overlook. The view was beautiful and I really enjoyed it. However, parking was really difficult as there are only two parking spots on the side of the road. I was grateful to be wearing the right outdoor gear as there were loads of ticks and I even spotted a snake. Traces of Brown Tail Moths as well. The path to the overlook is easily missed because the sign is quite small and you drive through a residential area. My fiancée and I passed it a few times until we finally found it.
