Ace of Fades Barbershop — Attraction in Cape Coral

Customer service skills here are very lacking. I just sat for almost an hour, only to find out that they had no openings. Had someone spoke to us when we walked in, this could have been avoided. Not one person said "hey do you have an appointment" or "hey I'm sorry but we are fully booked right now and can't do any walk ins." Not even a "hey how are you guys doing today" nothing. I am very upset that we just wasted an hour due to there lack of customer service...

We were looking for a new barber due to relocating. We were referred here by a friend who brings her son here and gets his haircut by Christian. I booked an appointment online with Christian which was super easy to do! We walked in a few minutes early and Christian was there to greet us. We showed him pictures of what my son wanted. I discovered this awesome establishment while driving my son to North Fort Myers High School, Spring 2014. I have diligently been bringing my boys, not only for the quality of the men's craft but also their attention to detail. They have this air compressor that blast air on the boys to clean the hair off their face, so cool!
