Appliance Discount Center — Attraction in Cape Coral

If I could give a zero, I would. I hired this company to do a simple repair on my kitchen refrigerator. They were very willing to take my money, little did I know that all 3 of service men to include their "most experienced", had no idea. I had their servicemen out 10 times trying to replace a freezer gasket and all I ended up with was a scratched/dented freezer door that was perfect before they put their hands on it. Since the problem was the gasket not been placed correctly, the water leaked on my hardwood floors buckling the wood. I eventually called out another company and on the first try repaired the gasket. Problem solved. I asked to be reimbursed for the gasket but the owner, Marcella won't even return my call. I am a senior on a limited income and I had to pay twice to have this gasket replaced and bring in a contractor to fix the hardwood floor. Don't let their "family" friendly attitude drawn you in. They are all about themselves and they say they provide service at a cost of course, well I can tell you Joey or Bob do not know what they are doing. Don't waste your money or aggravation. I went back and forth for month and bottom line it cost me double the money to get my freezer gasket fixed. Stay clear. It isn't a deal like they want...
