Paul Sanborn Park — Attraction in Cape Coral

This is a nice mostly shaded park, but if the whole thing (swings) could be shaded, that would be great! There are multiple options of structure equipment and it really is a nice play structure. There is a pavillion with picnic benches we eat under. I did notice graffiti the last time I went and that bothered me... The bathrooms are right there and drinking fountain. There is a side walk around the perimeter my son likes to ride his bicycle on... There is a basketball court beside the park and it can attract a crowd of people incompatible for children. I have been there 3x and had no issues but the last time a crowd of young teens were hanging out and I didn't appreciate the language and behavior. The park is nice and the crowd is not always guaranteed to be lingering around. I guess if concerned then say something politely or leave. I understand this type of thing can happen anywhere, but it did bother me a bit....

Great playground for kids from older toddlers to preteen. We've only been here a few times but the families that I've interacted with here all seem to be nice and attentive to their children while in the playground. Very nice, clean, quaint park. I have a one year old and there was lots to do with her, there was also older kids playing so it's definitely a park for all ages.
