Hurray for ๐ the quick wait of only 30 minutes for a dock door, (you can catch a nap as they will phone you). It's very organized and fairly easy to access all the doors. We were unloaded almost immediately, ( full load). Here is the problem...with a green light we have been here over two hours waiting to pay the lumper and paperwork. Drivers are NOT allowed inside to use the bathroom. The port-a-john is over near the guard shack which is ridiculously far away if you are in the small digit dock doors. (Seems like they liked having Covid rules as they don't want drivers out of their trucks at all). But a clean facility and room to take the dog if necessary across from docks behind dropped trailers. Sad thing is this place used to be (years ago) very driver friendly. Oh yes, the lumpers/staff were fairly professional. But it's going on THREE hours unloaded, green light and still no paperwork. UPDATE: After tracking someone down and having a 'discussion' we were told that every truck is assigned ONE lumper who is an individual company. In other words every truck gets a different company and each lumper is his own business. So individual tax ID'S etc. One person breaking down all pallets unless they hire someone else! (Nope, can't make this stuff up!๐๐) Finally found out why were the last to leave: the shipper over shipped and under shipped some product so they were waiting for authorization to keep the load. Understandable but they had zero communication to the driver about why the extremely...
ย ย ย Read moreArrived 10/23 for my 0530 appointment on 10/24 to have 5 pallets unloaded.
Security staff were friendly, parking was ample, and bathroom was respectably clean given its purpose and how much abuse it sees.
Got door assignment first thing the next morning, bumping the dock at 0520. No action until 0540, (not too bad), but it took nearly an hour for them to break down and count before I could clear the dock with my BOLs.
Above average stop, but still room for improvement.

Visited again today, January 14, 2019.
Arrived last night, security staff were great. Checked in at 1930 (01/13) for my 0600 today (01/14).
Woke up at 0530, got door immediately, as is customary, here.
Backed in, waited 30 minutes for trailer action. They off-loaded quickly, but took 3 hours to count and break-down.
Charged $300 for a full load. Seemed fair for 25 pallets.
Slow and steady is the theme here. I guess if safety is a priority, it makes sense.
Security was...
ย ย ย Read moreExcellent place to deliver to! Very friendly staff, overnight parking, easy in and out of dock doors! You can check-in as soon as you get there. You don't have to wait until 5am or your appointment time. I checked in at 2am got called for a door at 4am. I was the only driver in a door cuz everyone else was waiting until 5am to check-in. Don't worry about the green light on the dock door, cuz you can't leave until someone comes out to your truck in your dock door to get paid for the lumper and then gives you your bills. They unloaded me in 20 minutes or less. Got my bills probably 15 minutes later! I will definitely come back! The guard shack is the second building to check-in and out with. And they are open 24/7 except for holidays hours. Park in the staging area first then walk your bills down to the guard shack to check-in. Update for weekend delivery's you check-in at the...
