Pecos Valley Production - Dispensary & Wholesale — Attraction in Carlsbad

We just left the store about 30 minutes ago. I pulled through the alley into the first parking area to let my passenger out to go in the store. I was clearly inside the drivers side of my car with the car running. I was dropping him off to go inside the store to get his order. He is crippled and cannot walk far distances. I was then going to proceed into the street and buy gas at the gas station next door while he was completing his purchase. He is in constant pain and depends on cannabis to help him through his pain, and reduce the amount of prescribed pain meds that he takes. He is a Marine corp veteran. A little man that works at PVP came out and blocked the doorway from him and proceeded to tell him that he was not allowed in the store until I straighten my car. (by the way I was just going to head out of the driveway after I made sure he made it safely in the door and I was NOT blocking the alley or any other parking spaces}. He spends lots of money there and recommends this place to everyone. NOT ANYMORE! Once inside they continued to give him a hard time even though I left. Another man proceeded to tell him that he will be banned from the store if he should ever not park straight again. That this is his 1st warning. Hmmmm....and this store advertises their compassion?? Most, if not all customers are in pain, and are doing all they can to make through each day. And to deal with this type customer service is not warranted. The little man could have used a different approach than his blocking the doorway with an attitude and barking orders with threats of reprisal. We have no expectation of special treatment, nor do we expect unwarranted abuse from poorly trained...

This is a terrible dispensary. They make you stand out in the heat until you show your ID whenever they decide to get around to greeting you and then they're rude. Then they act like you should tip them. Let me ask you something do you tip your pharmacist when you go pick up your prescription. You don't have to worry about any more tips or any more money coming from me. I have had it with your poor service and you're the only place in town that makes you stand outside and wait and show your ID everywhere else you can just walk in I suggest all PV customers go to our Green leaf it's a much better dispensary they have great products and great prices you don't have to stand outside you can just walk right in and start shopping you have to show your ID and card to get served but you don't have to stand outside in the heat like...

Never again. First, they make you wait outside the entrance door like a dog. Then you get to choose your flower from pieces of dirty papers that looks like like it’s been gone through by the 10,000 ppl before you. And the paper isn’t even updated. Items highlighted and crossed out like a high schoolers homework. And you can’t see the flower until after the sale. No thc levels on the info papers. Just the strain name. That’s all you get. They seem very unorganized at this here. Only good thing is their flower is cheap but you get what you pay for. If this place wasn’t a chain I would say they won’t last long. Maybe new management could make this place more professional. There are better places to...
