California Trail — Attraction in Carson City

A great trail through town to ride the bike or walk ( or whatever your method of paved trail traversing is...) there is a cow gate between Roop and the freeway underpass of the trail. It's open but just have to go through the gate. Which closes so the cows 🐄 don't get out. Lots of ducks and a marsh alongside near the freeway underpass of the trail. Great nature in town. Some of the Path has been developed o Ed more along the side of the freeway going south from the underpass section. I haven't taken it yet but may be a fun venture.
