I love this place! All of the staff I've interacted with have been professional, courteous, and all around wonderful.

I've been seeing Christy off an on for the past 7 years. She is amazing for fun cuts and colors. Especially great when you're not sure what cut you're looking for, Christy can help you find the right cut and color for you no matter what.

Heidi was also great when I had to get color covered for a more natural hair color. She is incredibly knowledgeable about new color techniques and the best coverage for your hair type and ability/desire to style and maintain your hair.

I've had piercing services with Jason and he is amazing. Very professional. I felt very comfortable after he explained all of the tools and the care needed after the piercings were done. He was also available for help and guidance when I accidentally tore one of the piercings.

I was interested in this spa for their infrared sauna, so I came by to investigate. Leah at the front desk, was immediately engaging and friendly, with a warm welcome. She proceeded to give a full tour of the facilities, and their impressive array of services, with grace and professionalism. They have an indoor pool and lots of therapeutic classes, a full service beauty salon and body piercing, massages, etc. But as I am only interested in the sauna, I haven't partaken of their other offerings. The infrared sauna, though, is well worth it, and has helped reduce back and joint pain, as well as increased circulation. It even helps reduce the wrinkles around my eyes! While I can only speak to my time with the sauna, I have had nothing but positive experiences here, so now I come regularly. And I always enjoy seeing Leah's beautiful smile...

Leah was an amazing piercer, and very kind/knowledgable. This is not about her. I feel bad leaving this review, because she deserves 5 stars.

However, while I was there, I witnessed the owner Perry disrespectfully lecturing one of the employees in front of her customers and coworkers. He belittled her and shamed her to the point that she went outside and started crying — I was so furious hearing what this man was saying to this poor girl that I wanted to scream at him. I would have absolutely yelled at him and walked out, but I was there for my daughter’s piercing and I didn’t want to ruin what she was looking forward to.

Leah, again you were great, but we will never come back if it means putting money in that scumbag’s pockets… I’m...
