I've given 40 minutes one way to the store before and it is a very nice or however tonight I had the worst service ever because the gentleman wanted to leave when the store was actually supposed to be closing. He was was trying to be a nice guy but unfortunately he made the wrong decision. Login customers out at five minutes till is never a good idea. I'm well dressed and presentable, I'm not intoxicated or a threat in any way. I can see a container of $2 glass one-hitters on the counter and explain that I simply want to buy three of them so he doesn't even have to make change. Literally I would give him exact change . I drove from Southlake which is a solid 40 minute drive and the waste of an evening after I had already spoke with him on the phone about what I needed . I offered to use a card and he said that he could not reopen it or his boss will be mad, however I highly doubt the owner would be mad at him making sales. I tried everything for 5 minutes until they officially close at 10. I really hope the owners see this and comment on it or feel free to comment back to me. Because I'm a customer for 2 years with many purchases of all kinds of products from their store, I bring a car full of friends to get everything smoking-related from the store, needless to say unless some miracle happens oh, I will no longer be spending any money at their store as long as this kid is employed with them. I believe the owner will make the right decision and let this before you go since he obviously does not want to stay on the clock until closing time or make any sales. I now have another 40 minutes in the car without anything I was excited to get. The employee offered me a miniscule discount of a few cents if I was to drive back tomorrow and he would take care of me. That's ridiculous to think I have 2 days and 4 hours of driving despair along with gas money to save a few cents literally a few cents. Boycott until this employee is no more. Unfortunately, my experience with The Glass Shack has left me feeling ripped off and dissatisfied. I would strongly advise potential buyers to explore other options before considering purchasing any vaporizer from this store.
