Ever since they moved to the new location, our experience here gets worse every single time. My kid was there during tot time and got scared and stuck in the crawling tunnel. I went to purchase a pair of jump socks to help him, the older lady worked at the front desk told me I had to pay to go in. We have a membership, and the pricing for tot time wasn’t clear back then. She gave me different prices three times! I said I’m not gonna just pay whatever she tells me, eventually a young gentleman came to sort things out. The older lady would stare at me since then every single time I run into her. Same old lady charged me for adult fee during tot time again, when my friend with three kids went in at the same time but didn’t get charged! Again, this was before they made the pricing clear. I definitely felt being treated differently because of my race. Last time I run into this lady, she went to get the manager as soon as I started trying to pay. After that, they finally clarified the pricing on their website.
And now I’m trying to cancel my membership. Emailed them, no response. Called multiple times, no response.
This place is a joke. Nothing but headaches EVERY...
Read moreWe recently celebrated our daughter's birthday at Jump Craze in Casper, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The new location is incredible—spacious, clean, and filled with fun activities that kept the kids entertained for hours.
A special shoutout to Griffen, who went above and beyond to make our visit exceptional. He was incredibly polite, professional, and attentive—his service truly stood out. It’s rare to come across someone so dedicated and skilled, especially in this type of setting. Griffen deserves major recognition for making our day even more memorable.
The pizza was surprisingly delicious (not always what you expect at a kid’s venue!), and the staff worked hard to ensure everything ran smoothly. The kids had an absolute blast, and the entire event was stress-free for us as parents.
We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Jump Craze and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun, family-friendly venue in Casper. Thanks again to Griffen and the team for making our daughter’s...
Read moreDisappointed I took my family to Casper for a cross country meet. my kids wanted to go to a trampoline park, no problem we go to jump craze. The place is pretty empty, so I even decided to jump with my kids. We go in, pay and before we even get taking our shoes of, kids start arriving. Apparently we we a few minutes before a huge birthday party showed up. Within about 15 minutes, there were around 75 young kids. it went from being nice and empty to so packed. that my kids had to be extremely careful to not hit little kids running everywhere. I asked the person at the desk if they knew when we were checking in that there was a huge party coming in right afterwards. he replied yes. When I asked if he thought it might be a good idea to let someone know that there were that many kids coming in? If they had we would have left and came back at a different time. he said sorry and blew me off. I don't necessarily blame the kids working there, but it certainly left a bad taste in my mouth. The facility...
