I purchase a drink or two everyday from this location via DoorDash for pick up. Everyday I'm at this location. My order for one 20 oz Italian soda went to the wrong location today. After ordering everyday the store wouldn't do the right thing and just make my drink. They told me I needed to drive way out to Mills to pick it up. They told me it's waisting product. It cost you less than 50 cents to do the right thing and not lose a daily customer. Only after getting mad did they make it but she had zero customer service and was rude. I will not be going back Iâm the type of person if you donât value my business then I wonât return. I also was going to purchase 8 teachers gift cards here next week but I will take my business else where. A daily customer isnât worth a 50 cent fix. They use the Joe app for order ahead, and the whole thing is a nightmare. I have constant issues with orders, and every time I'm there the employees blame the app. You have to preload money on the app, otherwise they charge you a service fee. And you get rewards through the app, but it is by far the worst reward system in town. If you go to 7Brew or Metro, you will get a free coffee every 9 or 10 that you buy. Using the app at Sips means it takes 15 to 20 drinks to get one free coffee, and even then most of their premium coffees aren't allowed for your free selection. There always seems to be technology issues with the app or in store that cause problems with orders. Drinks more and more frequently are being made or served wrong, and while the young ladies who work there are wonderful, there never seems to be an adult around to action take care of issues when they come up. After spending close to $50 a week for the past 4 months, I'm finally starting to consider taking my business elsewhere because I just can't handle more messed up orders or 15 minute waits because the espresso machine is not working again.
