2023-09, Saturday late afternoon.
There were lots of parking spaces available. We only visited the indoor pool for a birthday party.
As you entered the front desk, wristbands were placed on your wrists. On the way to the party room, you will pass by a small play area for crawling babies. l, and an obstacle gym for the older kids. There were sitting areas and tables.
If you look down to the first floor, you will see an indoor soccer field and some inflatables.
The birthday party room was small, and we were only allowed, if I am not mistaken, 1.5 hours in the party room.
Across the party room was the family shower/restroom/changing room. The family shower/restroom/changing room has only 1 shower stall (and the hand-held shower doesn't stay upward when placed on the wall anchor). There was no shampoo or body wash supplied. There was also one restroom, and 3 dressing rooms. There was a lot of lockers.
The hallway from the family shower/restroom/changing room to the pool is very slippery, so please be careful and walk very slowly.
There was also the ladies' room and the men's restroom.
The pool was a little small. It has a few lap lanes, a slide pool for kids 48" tall & above, a little kids area, and a little area for general use. See the photos attached.
The water was at room temperature. Life jackets are available. There was a basketball in one of the ends of the lap pool. There was no hot tub.
There were a few lifeguards.
There were also tables and lounge chairs outside the pool.
The kids had a blast! So it was worth it.
Hope you have a...
Read moreTwo weeks prior, my kids were using the trampoline area and had a blast while I sat and watched them in the seating area. Today my 65 year old mom came in with my kids and the lady at the front told her that she would have to buy a trampoline pass along with socks and be within arms reach of BOTH kids at all times while they are on the trampolines. My mom has had back surgery and cannot possible be within arms reach of the kids jumping on a trampoline without hurting herself. She is not allowed on the trampoline due to her back problems. So they left. Unfortunately, this was a huge disappointment and a silly policy. Just an fyi for anyone else bringing their kids under 8 yrs to this place to jump on the trampolines! Just doesn’t make any sense why two weeks ago it was not a problem and all of a sudden it is. Disappointing...
Read moreThis is a great outdoor park. There is also a rec center, the Miller Activity Complex, which has a great kid swimming pool with slide, 25 yard lap pool, soccer turf, trampoline area and more. This summer they block off a lane to directly go to the parking lot of the zipline etc, you are redirected through the rec center parking lot and around (confused me at first - it's likely for easy drop off and pick up for the rec center summer camp kids but there's no signage).
Now to the fun outside stuff! There is a soccer field, smaller incline area, great playgrounds including some walls to climb, a koi pond, an amphitheater (I've joined the yoga group here before - so awesome!), the zipline business (costs money) and awesome intermediate trail running/mountain biking trails (including one trail for...
