The day we went (middle of the week), my girls were two of only 4 people. The staff were completely attentive to each person and made sure they were having fun. While it is a little expensive, you can spend several hours climbing up the frames, ropes, boats, and more that fill the 3 story climbing gym. My girls had a blast and want to go again next time we are in the area. As others have said, it is NOT for short people as some of the areas will be too big a stretch to reach comfortably. I was very impressed with the safety equipment used to make sure nobody gets hurt.

Place was awesome!!! Stopped here from out of town. We overslept and missed our appointment. Tristan was so nice he called and left us a voicemail and told us to come on down anytime. We had a blast and saw some amazing views from the obstacle course. Also check out the steps! It’s 200 total but once you make to top it’s amazing!

It was pretty awesome for kiddos. Make sure they can reach 5 ft thought they will be only able to do the lower level (which was still fun for the younger ones). Also note guides are not there to help unless someone is stuck so if you are a parent best to do the activity with your child.

We did both the SkyTrek and the ninja course. The SkyTrek elements were well done and thought out. Some were extremely challenging. The staff that introduced us were thorough and professional for young guys.

However, the supervision was lacking. On a busy Sunday afternoon there was only 1 guide on any of the upper levels and he spent all of his time in the middle area. The staff at the beginning said there would be one guide on every level. In addition, there were several climbers on the upper levels who clearly didn't have the required 4'11 reach and had to have significant parent help. One last criticism. With so many people during these times of COVID, more hand sanitizer stations would be appreciated.

The ninja course was a sore disappointment. 3 "sort of elements" that weren't very well done and 3 different sized warp walls. But for the extra cost (I think $11.99) it wasn't worth it.

Overall a fun experience. Definitely go for the SkyTrek, but until they upgrade the Ninja Course, I wouldn't spend the...

beautiful scenery, but one of the guides were extremely passive and disrespectful. with an obstacle course you’d assume that they would make sure that everyone harness is tight, but they didn’t. just did a little demo instruction and got upset whenever anyone didn’t was having trouble following. with a job like this you should have some patience and understanding, but these people had none. my harness started feeling loose. mind you, there were onky 4-5 people there at the time so the demonstration guy SHOULD have done a tightness check on everyone, shouldn’t have continued until that was clear. there absolutely needs to be some new protocols, this isn’t safe....
